On or about 12/8/19 My wife and I put a deposit on *** Dr, XXXXX and began negotiating the sale of the dwelling. The owner would not provide appliances or come down from his offer of $30,000.00 as-is, where-is. We attempted to negotiate several of our family's needs. None were met by the property manager, Lisa *** The company made several hard inquiries to my and my wife's credit file. A competitor offered us a similar home, 15 years newer, for $22,000.00 including appliances, and agreed to meet the needs of our family. Remaining loyal to the contract I attempted to establish utilities at 14 Brook Dr. the address could not be located by the electric company. When I approached the property manager, she answered the phone, "What do you want..." in an aggressive tone. This made the 4th time she had been disrespectful to my family. I demanded my hold deposit be returned within ten days and did not receive a reply.
