RE: Complaint ID# [redacted]Dear Sir or Madam,"[redacted], a 4 year old male cat belonging to [redacted] and [redacted] presented to our clinic on April 8, 2016 for a urinary tract obstruction. Urinary tract blockages are very serious and, if untreated, are life-threatening. My associate, Dr. [redacted], attended to him and was able to relieve his blockage. He stayed in our hospital for three days until he was stable and urinating on his own. At discharge, the [redacted]'s were given very detailed instructions for at home care. One day after discharge, Mr. [redacted] began emailing the office with the complaint that we had dispensed inappropriate medication. Dr. [redacted] communicated with Mr. [redacted] in a very detailed email (he refused to talk over the phone) that she felt that the medications dispensed were appropriate and the reasons why. Mr. [redacted] would not accept the explanations and threatened legal action multiple times.Despite his complaints about and to us, Mr. [redacted] contacted our office after hours by email four days after his discharge with concerns about [redacted]'s urination. Dr. [redacted] communicated with the [redacted]'s by email and phone and advised them multiple times to take him to an after-hours emergency clinic because his urinary tract could be obstructed again. Mr. [redacted] refused to take him and insisted on bringing him back to our practice the following day.The next day, Dr. [redacted], my other associate, examined [redacted] and determined he was indeed obstructed again and advised surgical intervention. Dr. [redacted] recommended referral to two different veterinary facilities for the procedure and post-op monitoring. Mr. [redacted] and [redacted] both refused referral despite being advised to do so several times by our technicians and Dr. [redacted]. Dr. [redacted] performed surgery himself to relieve the obstruction and to make another urine exit route. The [redacted]'s were again advised that it would be in [redacted]'s best interest to transfer him to a 24-hour facility but they continued to refuse. The [redacted]'s were given explicit and detailed information about the potential complications for this surgery and what to watch for if they develop.[redacted] was discharged from the hospital four days later and was eating, drinking, and urinating on his own without requiring a catheter. The next day at closing time, [redacted] called in a panic that [redacted] wasn't going to make it through the night and demanding to be seen. [redacted], our medical services director, advised her that she should immediately take him to an emergency clinic for evaluation. [redacted] was given the phone number and address to a 24-hour emergency clinic.[redacted] showed up at our office the next morning and Dr. [redacted] consulted with them and advised them of how to properly medicate [redacted] and how to maintain a restraint collar to keep [redacted] from licking at his surgery site. [redacted] stated to Dr. [redacted] and the attending technician that [redacted] is now eating and urinating well. Dr. [redacted] then advised [redacted] that because of the emails threatening legal action and because a formal complaint had been filed by the [redacted]'s with the South Carolina Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners against Dr. [redacted] then we could no longer service them as clients except for the already scheduled suture removal from the surgery site. The [redacted]'s returned again to the office the next day and had to be escorted from the building. They were given copies of invoices and advised to return to the emergency clinic where they had been seen a few days before and that [redacted]'s record would be sent to that clinic. Our office received a request from the [redacted]'s dated May 31, 2016 for full reimbursement of their fees. responded by letter that we had been advised by our professional liability lawyer not to comply with the request because the investigation by the Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners was still pending. The Board's investigation is still pending as of the writing of this letter. We feel that the fees and services charged to the [redacted]'s are fair and that the consumer complaint lodged against us is unfounded because we performed everything with the well-being of [redacted] at heart, including numerous, documented attempts to get them to seek specialized care before and after his urinary tract surgery. Please contact our office if you need further information concerning this case.Regards,[redacted], DWM

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
To The Revdex.com, 9.8.2016Thank you for this very inept response from an alleged South Carolina Veterinary Doctor....

Please note Revdex.com in 2013, [redacted] the Owner of theinept Seneca Animal Hospital was in violation for a "drug issue" [redacted] was associated with via his Seneca Animal Hospital. [redacted] violationsfine was $1,500 which he had to pay to the South Carolina Dept of Licensing Board & Regulations. [redacted] Studios which [redacted] failed to state in his questionable response to your Revdex.com for said complaint, failed to mention several important issues that related to [redacted] Studios cat cast member[redacted], in an upcoming action movie trailer. [redacted] failed to stated as follows: 1. No X-Rays had been taken of [redacted], ( which would have shown these inept Vet's he had "severe stones in his urinary tract". If [redacted] ( who was never present his alleged Vet Hospital was there), "[redacted] should have taken X-Rays firstly to properly produce the "correct surgery" to resolve said urgent urinary blockage issues. Failed to do so which almost caused his DEATH. 2. Seneca Animal Hospital, which my office has as evidence" gave the WRONG MEDICATION" to our cat cast member which again almost caused his DEATH. [redacted]'s Seneca Animal Hospital gave [redacted] " DOG MEDICATION WHICH STATES ON THE BOX " FATAL TO CATS", again [redacted] failed to state this factual information. 3. When a client pays $2,095.00 for Vet services, the client and pet or animal must have been "professionally treated to "resolve" the issues the pet was having.Seneca Animal Hospital's "[redacted] did a very "botched" surgery which DID NOT SAVE [redacted]S LIFE, in fact which [redacted] failed to state in his questionable response to your Revdex.com, "if [redacted] could not do the "proper and correct surgery" then he should have 'NEVER CUT [redacted] OPEN" to do very ineptand negligent surgery, which not only cost him "severe pain & suffering", emotional distress and more.  By not " as they had been contracted to do via a MedicalProcedures Contract "failed to properly make sure after taking $2,095.00 from [redacted] Studios LLC, as was contracted to do, which is a BREACH OFCONTRACT by [redacted]'s Seneca Animal Hospital, to firstly make sure [redacted] was not having the issues presented that [redacted] was paid to correct " Failed", thathis stitches had to be removed after the "inept surgery", "Failed" and more. Because of scheduling issues my Asst Ms [redacted] and Myself could not jump attheir command for an appointment, we arrived the following morning at 8am with [redacted] in a pet carrier, had been led in, was in a so called medical roomand a Manager came in Not [redacted] of [redacted] and stated " YOU BOTH MUST LEAVE THE PREMISES NOW AND TAKE THIS ANIMAL WITH YOU, YOU FILED A COMPLAINTTO THE SC DEPT OF LICENSING ON US".  Please note, [redacted] was near DEATH, these people after taking $2,095.00 and leaving our cat cast member near DEATHwith stitches hanging out of him, because a complaint was filed " which is justified and warranted" is not only very unprofessional, medical malpractice, animalabuse and more. Hence, because of Seneca Animal Hospitals "inept" so called medical procedures, as in a "botched surgery" wrong medication" breach of contract, medical malpractice, negligence and more [redacted] was subjected to, it cost [redacted] Studios another $3,200.00 to The [redacted] Specialistsin [redacted], SC to SAVE HIS LIFE" by "CORRECTING" [redacted]s botched surgery on [redacted]. Another $1,500 for an [redacted], SC Vet Hospital again to try andSAVE him because of Seneca Animal Hospital's VERY, VERY INEPT MEDICAL PROCEDURES. In closing Revdex.com, [redacted] has REFUSED TO RELEASE HIS SO CALLED INSURANCE CARRIER and or his alleged LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE regarding said matters, which again is very questionable. The refund that was formally requested due to "said factual and true events" which [redacted] failed to state to your Revdex.com, is notonly expected now, but also warranted violations imposed upon both of their SC Licenses to perform medical procedures on Animals in Seneca, SC. Due to their"inept medical procedures which almost cost [redacted]s life, as a cat cast member in a movie trailer, as referenced above in this rejection response for said complaint[redacted] Studios "put trust" in Seneca Animal Hospital as in think "these people knew what they are doing" , not the case here. to throw a DIEING CAT intothe street, after taking $2,095.00 because of a complaint filed on them, is not only appalling, negligent, animal abuse, breach of contract and more, said complaintsaid complaint to your Revdex.com  is warranted to protect Seneca Animal Owners to "stay clear of these people" they will only take your money and then 'THROW YOUR LOVED ANIMAL INTO THE STREET... Response by [redacted] is rejected as of September 8, 2016, [redacted] Studios will now charge Seneca Animal Hospital "Daily Interest" until the FULL REFUND OF is expedited now by [redacted], Owner of Seneca Animal Hospital as was formally requested in May of 2016. [redacted] produces his alleged INSURANCE COMPANYwho is as alleged "advising" him because of said matters, his LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE. Whatever the outcome of said complaint to your Revdex.com, which [redacted]Studios LLC appreciates your BB assisting on this very important matter to "protect animals in Seneca, SC, the SC Dept of Licensing & Regulations Complaint Case # [redacted] ( now presently under investigations) [redacted] Studios shall file a medial malpractice suit upon [redacted], "[redacted]" and their Seneca Animal Hospital for a damages amount to exceed $2,095.00, for all of the horrific events as was witnessed they imposed on [redacted]'s cat cast member in [redacted] Studios up coming action movie trailer.  This matter is proceeding, daily interest is now being charged at a rate of $50.00 per day imposed onSeneca Animal Hospital for their unprofessional delays in a very warranted full refund of $2,095.00, until [redacted] decides to refund it fully.  Thank you Revdex.com,[redacted], Executive Chairman[redacted] Studios Tucson LLChttp://[redacted]CC:CC:CC:
