Warranty work has not been completed timely and company has not contacted me back despite stating that they would contact me today regarding issue.
Warranty work has been completed over the course of 4 visits to our home. Grout for our guest bathroom shower was supposed to be fixed on 5/1/19 on the side. The grout was supposed to be white in color. When the work was completed, I was informed that the grout was "wet" and would dry to appropriate matching color. Grout is not white as the rest of the shower, it is dark gray. I contacted the company 5/2/19, left a voicemail and email. This morning 5/3/19, I had not received a call by 10am so I contacted company, as all work was to be completed by this week at the very latest. I was told by representative that she had escalated to her supervisor and would contact me back. I had not heard from her by 3pm so I attempted to contact her again, to which she did not answer my phone call and I left a voicemail again. Poor customer service regarding this work that needed to be completed this week if it was to be done during the day, as I return to work next week. There has been no further communication from the company regarding the warranty work that needs to be corrected at this time.
Since the business could not finish the work timely by the end of this week 5/3, I am seeking the resolution that they work with me at my available specified date and time that I will be available to get the work done, so I do not have to miss work and therefore miss out on any pay or have to use vacation time to come home for warranty work that has been in progress since the end of March. This may include them having to work outside of normal business hours to accommodate my schedule.
When we moved into our new home the floors needing to be fixed. They were done by Texas Floor Source and under warranty. Our first complaint was back in May 2017 and this didn't get to the point of working being done until thanksgiving week 2018. We decided to pay extra to replace the tile with vinyl. When Texas Floor Source came to demo the tile they did not do several things. They did not properly wrap plastic around the door ways, vents, cabinets, furniture, etc. They did not remove the base boards prior to demoing the tile and we had damage done to our walls and cabinets. They sent someone out to fix the base boards and we did all the massive amount of cleaning due to improper plastic wrapping.
Our issue is from the plastic wrapping. We have a lot of dust in our vents. We contacted Texas Floor Source and were told the dust was normal. We did some research online and found that they were suppose to wrap plastic around our vents which was not done. I even went as far to ask other professionals about the process of removing tile and was also told from them that the vents should have been wrapped in plastic. Our filter was covered in dust and even created a little dust storm when shaken. All the vents that were open to the dust caused by the demo are also caked in dust.

Repair We would like all our vents professionally cleaned to remove the dust that is there due to the tile being removed. We would also like a reimbursement for all the cleaning we had to do due to the improper plastic wrapping.
