I hired this company to install tile in the home I am buildingMy home is new constructionTheir crew peed in closets and a bedroomThey stole materials from other crews that were working in the homeMy home builder had to kick them out before the made all the other subs in the house mad (my builder didn't find these guys, I did) We had to bleach bathroom and closets after they left to try and remove the pee odor Not to mention the work they did I am now having to pay another tile installer to repairnot straight, leaks around the windows...etc I called their manager and let him knowHe promptly told me it wasn't them that had peed all over the house (they were the only crew upstairs for week) and then billed me for the work they did poorly Please save yourself the money and hassle of dealing with this companyTheir managers Billy and Christian seemed like very nice guys, but they run a terrible business

This customer has been an absolute nightmare to work with and still to date has yet to make payment, therefore, will not and should not receive a refund of any sortAside from her being verbally and physically abusive, she is being irrational and is now searching for something that simply does not existShe received her estimate in for carpet replacementThe estimate, which I have attached, states exactly which carpet we had selected to match up to her existing carpetJust to help you understand, flooring changes and gets discontinued every monthsThis lady has had her carpet for years and wants us to find her the same exact carpet, which is impossible? Afterall, we never told her we could not do thatShe called this year in January, stating she would like to go ahead with the estimateWe said great, got her scheduled and ordered the carpet and padding, all of which she had written on her estimateWe came to install the carpet the day scheduled and her husband was thereHe saw the carpet and allowed us to install itWe pulled up her old carpet, per protocol and she suddenly walks in as we are installing the new carpet saying she does not like the color, completely irrate and yelling at our staff saying we are stupid, etc and do not know what we are doing? We then leave and she wants her old carpet back, which has already been torn out per her direction and is uselessWe leave and she says now that she wants to find a new carpet? Which would have been fine to start with but the carpet we had already purchased for her and began installing per her approval can not be returned at this pointShe again becomes irrateIf you are following, it is just a change of her mindShe then wants us to find exactly what she had? Which as explained is impossible? We told her this time and time again and all she did was yell at us and verbally abuse usWe put up with itShe wanted to search for hours and just tell us how awful we are and the products these days are and we had to leave for other appoointments that had been scheduled prior, in which she had been notifiedShe then tells us that it's fine to come back and install the same carpetWe agreed to and show up to do soShe then wants to tell us the padding is " [redacted] " and it only gets worse and becomes irrate and starts accusing us of all sorts of thingsBeing poor, being stupid, some of our crew dosesn't speak english- she begins telling them how stupid they are, kicking and just really completely irrationalAt this point, we have paid for the materials and many hours of labor including verbal abuse from herShe is a nightmare and can not be pleasedShe has yet to pay for anything, and now she is slandering and writing bad reviews everywhereI personally am considering filing a restraint order

Company didn't prepare the first floor by leveling low spots which created a very uneven floorWe have hollow spots all over first floorSecond floor the crew didn't screw down subfloor and now we have creaking all overWe asked them to do this which they told us is industry standard and they wouldThen after said they don't do that workWe asked them to honor warranty and fix problens and they declinedThe warranty is a joke just another lie to get you to sign with them to do workThey will say anything but in the end get it in writingThey also did damaged to my home in many places and didn't tape or tarp anything off so house was full of dustOwner continues to threat us if we share the truth and share our awful experience

I wish that I could go back and change my decision to hire Texas Flooring Professionals We hired them to lay carpet, hardwood and tile in our new homeOur house was a renovation project from the beginning so we were not there to babysit the installers There was issues right from the beginning The installers did not demo the old floors before laying the carpet This was something that we paid for They told us we would not be able to feel the old tile underneath, but we could Billy did take care of this for us He sent a crew out to demo the tile and re-place the carpet It still has issues, but at least he was willing to try to fix itAs soon as we moved in, we noticed that the hardwood had a hollow feel to it - like a laminate It was also not flat You could feel bumps in it Not only was the floor not level, but we paid for it to be leveled We also think that they did not leave enough room for the floor to expand I called Christian and had him come out He told me not to worry, that if there were further issues, it would be covered under their warranty Later that month, the living room floor buckled and started popping up Christian sent a crew (different from the installers) and they fixed half the room I asked to have the whole room fixed, but he only fixed half A month later the other half of the room popped up Again he only wanted to fix half the room, but I insisted that the whole room be replaced He ended up agreeing to it We ended up having no flooring in that room for weeks We had a leak by our back door which was very small and was no where near the buckling Billy said that was the reason we had problems in the whole house and that he would not fix anything else I asked him to come out to see the house and the issue that we were having He agreed to Then he sent Christian again without telling meWe now have the floors popping up in the bedroom We can't even close our bathroom door because of it I showed this to Christian In other parts of the house the floors are popping the baseboards up and they continue to have the hollow sound I would rather have no flooring, then deal with this Now Christian, Billy, and Ashley all won't call me back or answer my calls This is the most un-professional business I have ever dealt with From the beginning they have told me they would be at the house, I have waited and no one would show I have spent many hours waiting on them to show and many hours calling and leaving messages, just hoping to get a call back I also don't think that anyone that works there knows how to communicate with anyone else that works thereSave yourself the hassle and hire someone else I sure wish I did

I am rejecting this response because: Mr. [redacted] accepted to refund my money first on Jan 13th, because he missed offering, to show me carpet sample before order was placed. Later immediately, he changed his mind and was trying to hold me so hard, saying they have matching carpet and will replace matching existing carpet, if I visit his store and pick it on that Monday Jan 16th. When I could not find one matching at his store, he stopped responding to me. Even after I visiting their store next day, he do not want to respond to me, until I have chosen back their service. Mr. [redacted] is not good at customer service, he will just stop talking/responding and reject customer if things are not on his way.Because of their non-skilled workmanship and unprofessional way of recommending carpet and padding the second time also, I could not tolerate them and rejected their installation, to refund my balance money, even though its 100% their mistake by not guiding customers correctly, I am just asking for partial amount and not in full. P.S: Texas Flooring Professionals have not matched my carpet and even padding to my existing carpet and padding. More over they were trying to place various types of padding (not consistent) in my living room. I am wondering what happened to padding I placed order (3 rools) for (actually it was around 825Sq.ft padding ordered for 625Sq.ft actual padding space). Workers when they ran out of padding, they tried to stretch padding and nailed it down to baseboard. I sent those images to Mr. [redacted] immediately also. Worst customer experience and more over the way he talks to Women. I completely have rights to post my reviews when Owner does not respond, as he just received money via check and not by credit card. <find file attached>
