MY warranty specifically states at all possibility to bring to bring to Midwest Cycles Center. It was
taken to [redacted] and was refused before anyone looked at it and made any determination as to why it had the problem. You still have no idea what caused the problem. [redacted] refused to even talk to me. [redacted] wouldn't even listen to the owner of the shop you hired that explained it to you, that it was in the main wiring harness, but he didn't know where. That intermittent short took out the voltage regulator and the stator. You fixed the symptom, but the shop you took it to did not fix the short. The main wiring harness needs replaced. It is full of silt. A [redacted] dealer told me there should be no silt in that harness. You can not get that amount of silt or dirt in a harness unless the bike has been underwater. Now I can go a lot of ways with this. I have tried to be nice. I thought the letter I sent might get a response, but you don't care.
You want facebook and social media, your great rating, it's fake. You have your own employee's and family leave you a rating. You post fake pictures of your business showing hundreds of bikes, that is auction house you buy these bikes from. You can buy ratings. What you can't buy is the over 40 negative reviews. I have talked to the previous owner of the bike. The only reason that I am not running to a lawyer and the attorney general is I wan't to keep my bike and it not worth it. You didn't even renew the business lic for MWCC. Your not even legal to sell anything under the MWCC name in Christian county. The state can't even tell me who owns it. Because you have a Midwest Cycle Center1.LLC with a DBA of Midwest Cycle Center, One with [redacted], one with [redacted]. You know [redacted] from [redacted] loves this kind of stuff. I have a bike from Texas that has signs of water damage all over it, once you start digging into it, and it doesn't have a salvaged title. I think Ashley would like to talk to the previous owner. He full of all kinds of information, you know he bought an ultra awesome looking bike. If [redacted] would of talked to me, we wouldn't be doing this. Bottom line this is breach of contract, and warranty fraud.

There are too many false accusations and threats to respond to this on a public website. I would encourage Mr. [redacted] to hire an attorney if he feels that's what's necessary. We have done nothing wrong and we operate a legitimate business.
