Dear dispute Resolution Team, Last week we delivered Mr [redacted] living room set that he purchased from us about three weeks ago We where shocked when Mr [redacted] called us back after the delivery claiming that our sales person had told him that some accessory battery packs are included in the saleThose packs are sold separately and they do not come with the living room pieces that he purchasedSome how Mr [redacted] understood that they are includedOur sales person stated that he mentioned to him that there are battery packs availableHe never implied that they came with the setWe do process sales order based on the items that are on the sales order which our sales person reviewed with the customer item by item before the customer signed the ticket approving that this what he is buyingWe do not process sales orders based on verbal conversation between our sales persons and our customers All that being said we contacted Mr [redacted] in an effort to resolve the misunderstanding between him and our salespersonWe offered him 40% discount off the sales price of the battery packsBoth times I called him to discuss this he hung up on me without causeIn a good faith effort we are still extending this offer to the customer if he would like to resolve this misunderstanding on his part in a civilized manner

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint The business' denial that they told me that the battery packs were included is simply not true I and my wife both specifically heard the salesman tell us that the battery packs were included This was the reason that we decided to purchase this set over another which had manual recline mechanisms We are well aware of the layout of our home and know that the battery packs would be necessary for usWe even specifically discussed the lack of electrical outlets near the location where we would place the furniture with the salesman While the sales manager offered to sell me the battery packs - even at a discount, I found this resolution to be unacceptable as my wife and I were under the understanding (after being told so by the salesman) that the batteries were included in the $5,purchase price of the furniture set Subsequent to my last conversation with the business, I have located other nearby establishments with the battery packs for sale at a price significantly lower than that offered by TX FurnHut as their "resolution offer" I refuse to purchase any other items from this establishment where they will further profit from me To that end, I have purchased these battery packs (for much less than TFH's offer) at a competitor so that I may have usable furniture in my home Both my wife and I feel that we were deceived by TX Furniture Hut and will no longer be customers It was obvious to us, that even within their offer to resolve what they refer to as a "misunderstanding", they continued to try to make a profit from us by offering to sell us items that we understood to have been included with our original purchase Regards, Mr [redacted]

Dear dispute Resolution Team,
Last week we delivered Mr. [redacted] living room set that he purchased from us about three weeks ago.
We where shocked when Mr. [redacted] called us back after the delivery claiming that our sales person had told him that some accessory battery packs are included in the...

sale. Those packs are sold separately and they do not come with the living room pieces that he purchased. Some how Mr. [redacted] understood that they are included. Our sales person stated that he mentioned to him that there are battery packs available. He never implied that they came with the set. We do process sales order based on the items that are on the sales order which our sales person reviewed with the customer item by item before the customer signed the ticket approving that this what he is buying. We do not process sales orders based on verbal conversation between our sales persons and our customers.
All that being said we contacted Mr [redacted] in an effort to resolve the misunderstanding between him and our salesperson. We offered him 40% discount off the sales price of the battery packs. Both times I called him to discuss this he hung up on me without cause. In a good faith effort we are still extending this offer to the customer if he would like to resolve this misunderstanding on his part in a civilized manner.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  The business'  denial that they told me that the battery packs were included  is simply not true.  I and my wife both specifically heard the salesman tell us that the battery packs were included.  This was the reason that we decided to purchase this set over another which had manual  recline mechanisms.  We are well aware of the layout of our home and know that the battery packs would be necessary for us. We even specifically discussed the lack of electrical outlets near the location where we would place the furniture with the salesman.  While the sales manager offered to sell me the battery packs - even at a discount, I found this resolution to be unacceptable as my wife and I were under the understanding (after being told so by the salesman) that the batteries were included in the $5,000 purchase price of the furniture set..  Subsequent to my last conversation with the business, I have located 2 other nearby establishments with the battery packs for sale at a price significantly lower than that offered by TX Furn. Hut as their "resolution offer".   I refuse to purchase any other items from this establishment where they will further profit from me.  To that end, I have purchased these battery packs (for much less than TFH's offer) at a competitor so that I may have usable furniture in my home.  Both my wife and I feel that we were deceived by TX Furniture Hut and will no longer be customers.  It was obvious to us, that even within their offer to resolve what they refer to as a "misunderstanding", they continued to try to make a profit from us by offering to sell us items that we understood to have been included with our original purchase.
Regards,
Mr. [redacted]
