We have spoken with client and made her aware that Texas Gallery Furniture is no longer associated with the [redacted] location as of Feb4th, She understands that she needs to go in to that location to resolve the matter with the current tenants of that building since she bought the furniture from them I would consider this matter as closed with Texas Gallery Furniture Thank you, [redacted] Store Manager

Regarding reference # ***The refund had been pushed thru on 6/20/and customer received a copy of the refund receipt and consider the matter closedIf there is anything we need to do please contact me at ###-###-####.

and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, they still need a lot of improvement in the customer service department. Getting the refund took several trips and several excuses as to why it wasn't ready on the original day promised. It took about 3 more visits to finally get the refund. The business should be more respectful with the public's trust, they are not gaining a good reputation by how they are handling their business. I would not recommend this company until they have majorly improved their customer service as well as being more realistic as to when furniture is really going to be delivered. It is a weird coincidence that so many people have experienced the same frustration regarding delivery dates over and over again. I've read other complaints and there always seems to be a "manufacturers delay"....hmmm...there seems to be something really wrong with this business model.

We have spoken with the client and offered them a reselection on a similar bed that came in stock.  The customer approved and we offered a free delivery and setup.  That has been completed and consider the matter closed.
