On speaking to customer service, they started to justify the price comparing themselves to a medical service, as though it is life critical My hope is none of the users go through this experience and find an alternate companyThere are lots of choices in the market

I was extremely pleases with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning - North Bay and their technician, *** On the phone, they were courteous, professional and were able to squeeze in our furnace reapir the day we called Several times during the day, they called to let us know where we were on the list and when we could expect service
*** is an extremely professional and talented tech he took the time to explain how our "high tech" furnace worked He took his time and methodically performed troubleshooting and diagnostics to pinpoint the problem and the solution On top of that, he is a great guy

He explained options (repair vs replace) and got the A/C up and running within an hour
*** showed up on time, was extremely professional and courteousHe explained everything he was doing in layman's termsHe was very thorough in servicing our furnace and air conditionerCouldn't be happier with the service
Really really incompetent..Called twice to set up a appointment and confirmed each time, no show all day long and no call back Never use them unless you want to waste your time

These guys are top-notch... on time, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, etc... I strongly recommend them for any household issue (services can go beyond heat/AC in some areas)!

He gave an estimate of $12,345 but if we bought in the next 48 hours he'd knock $1851 off the price. He left without a sale but before he did he turned off the system so the heater would not go on. I'm guessing he thought we'd call to come back and fix the "problem". Be very careful with these people!
