Upon review of service records, natural gas service to her former residence was disconnected August 6, two days after the scheduled date of August
Additionally, an August bill of $was adjusted to the original date requested, August 4, by a customer service representative August 17. *** *** will receive a final bill for the service period of July to August

restored on January 20, after a payment was madefor the outstanding balance of $240.93. Thepayment included the following:· Outstanding balance of $170.18· Collection fee $10.75· Deposit increase of $35.00· Reconnection fee of $25.00 total to reconnect Mr. [redacted] is familiar with service reconnection fees. Accordingto our records, natural gas service to the residence was shut off for non-payment twice in 2014. Mr. [redacted] indicates that his account was on auto pay; however, ourrecords do not indicate the account was enrolled in our automatic bank draftprogram. Recordsalso indicate that Mr. [redacted] never contacted customer service staff with an information request regarding bankdraft enrollment. If Mr. [redacted] would like to enroll his account in the automatic bankdraft program, he can sign up at www.texasgasservice.com,under the My Account tab. The Payment Options link is on the left side of thepage. ShouldMr. [redacted] choose this option, Texas Gas Service will return his deposit, with theunderstanding that he will need to remain on the plan for a minimum of 12months to establish an excellent payment history.
