The customer called our information center and was given an explanation of the charges for the high bill We also sent a service technician out to verify ther reading and he explained to the customer that the reading was correct I followed up with the customer, [redacted] , and he confirmed that all his concerns and questions had been addressed

I called *** *** on October 16, to advise her of the past due balance of $on her account. *** *** had the gas service
turned on in October 29, (a year ago) and had not made any payments on the accounts. She told me that she had not received any bills from us I asked if she had at any time called our company to inquire about her account and she said she had, however there is not record of her call. I asked *** *** to call our 1-800# to have her mailing address change and that payment was needed in order to prevent her services from being interruptedI understand that *** *** called our 1-800# and made a payment of $on October 17, She paid the balance of $on October 27, and her account is up to date
Our records indicate that there are no orders of a high bill complaint in or any other type of service order for this accountIn prior to the non-pay disconnect when the gas was turned off in September 18, there are no other service order requests for this accountThe past due
amount was paid on September 22, 2014. The service order to turn the gas back on was scheduled for September 29, but a leak was found and service was not connected. On October 1, we went out again to turn on the service and the meter still registered a leak. The gas was turned back on October 22,
*** *** was billed $for ccfs in September 2014. She is seeking an adjustment for the past year, however, we advised *** that based on the consumption history that would not be possible. We advised her that we would adjust the last three months due to the leak. The adjustment was based on the history for the same months in
