[redacted] , Good Morning Im surprise how a customers file a complain without even contact the company directly, also why they wait so long Long Months to complain for a well done jobthis seems to me like they broke or damage the piece and just trying to see if get repair,if im the customer first I do contact my rep, if my Sales Rep is no longer with the Company, I should call the Company DirectlyWe not receive any phone calls or e mails From Mr [redacted] I more than welcome to Stop by at they house to check the countertops the material we Use at they home selected by Mr [redacted] is a Popular Color and we purchase on bundles so why use a damage piece when we have a tons of this materialmy concern why wait so long to file a complain on a " Damage or Broken Piece" we Cover our Work with Lifetime Warranty just on our Labor ( Sink Fall down , Seams , Or if Polish come off ) we Make a test to see if they using Bleach or Amoniabut we do not responsible for Broken a Piece or Make a chip because they may drop something on itif they call right a way to the company directly we take care of it , but no after or months after we done the job,( we are on this business for years and we see any kind of issues with customers trying to replace a piece without cost when they know they do something to damage it Regard OUR DIRECT CONTACTTEXAS GRANITE GROUP [redacted] ***

Yes, We Just Find the E mailbut the e mail is same date 11/29/same date she file the complaint without call the office,unfortunately, we can't give any Warranty on Material Received by Customer after day of the installation, all warranty we Offer, Is Sink Fall down, Seams come apart, or Polish come come off,we make a test to see if customers use Bleach or ammonia, if the test come positive for any of this chemicalscustomer loses the warranty,after the install is done is inspected by customer, after the inspection and installers left the the propertyif customer find a damage or chip, or imperfections have to communicate to the company right a waywe not responsible for any damage after day of the installation possible caused by other traders on the job sitewe open to Talk to the customer and trying to resolve or help the issue the best possibleour contact Info to ***-***-*** *** ** *** *** ** ***

Complaint: 12529128 I am rejecting this response because:  I did contact Edgar, the rep that assisted me with the purchase.  He told me to contact the company because he no longer was employed there.   I did contact the company by phone first, in which I got no answer.  Then I followed up by sending my complaint to the email addresses on your website along with a picture.   I am just now contacting you because the damaged part of the sink was camouflaged so well that it just started to show up.  It's the exact same place and is identical to the piece that was broken by your workers before it was installed.  I attached a copy of the emails showing the picture was attached, as well as who received the email.  Regards, [redacted]
