This place is one of the worst gun shops that I have ever visited The service is not just poor; it is as if they are going out of their way to disrespect customers I visited once with my brother, who had ordered a firearm and had it shipped to their shop, and these guys lost the firearm They were searching all over the back of their store, and they even blamed my brother for not coming to pick the item up sooner After a lengthy search, they found that they had swapped the item my brother ordered into a different box, but they continued to berate him for not coming to pick it up sooner, while ignoring the fact that they lost a firearm On a second occasion, I ordered a firearm and had it shipped to their shop When I went to pick it up (very shortly after it had been dropped off) during their business ours, I found that they had locked the door to the business, though the were still inside I knocked on the door several times, but they would not even acknowledge that I was outside I tried calling their store phone, but they just sat there and let it ring Mind you, this is not at the end or beginning of a business day; this is about PM After this, I got in my car and drove home I sent them an email from my house asking them why they would not open their door for me when I drove all that way to pick up my firearm, and I got a response from the owner, Ryan [redacted] , stating I should have scheduled an appointment to pick up the gun, and that if I didn't like their operating procedures I could take my business elsewhere He then proceeded to tell me that he was going to send my gun back to the vendor and I should do business elsewhere I asked him not to do that and stated I would drive back immediately to pick it up, but he refused and sent the firearm back I then had to re-order the gun and have it shipped somewhere else to pick it up I will never do business with them again, and I don't recommend that anyone else fund this kind of terrible service
