We reached out to Mr*** the following day and explained the miscommunication regarding his purchase and the gift card in questionWe agreed with him in regards to the gift card and invited him in that afternoon to pick up his gift card which he didWe feel that all his concerns were handled in
a timely manner and both parties were happy

I am rejecting this response because:Moderator.....PLEASE NOTICE THERE'S NOTHING ABOUT THE VALUES ONLY ATTEMPTS TO MAKE ME LOOK LIKE A HORRIBLE CUSTOMER.....This sure wasnt the case the day they took MY BIKE......They want to skirt the real issue of them being absolute crooks and ripping me off horriblyModeratormy bike was worth 16k got a check for 2k and a piece of junk 5k bike....you do the math..This whole thing about the bike being sold already was a nice touch too ***BTW and this was never mentioned...***It took you weeks and that's the best lies you have???i had bike picked up day one called them and wanted money back talked to *** and he had all kinds of excuses...at least times in first three -days...had them pick it up three times in one month and mysteriously the third time the noises went away???? good cause I was tired of dealing with incompetentcy at this point but that is no matteri had bike picked up day one and asked for my money back day one.not even 3o minutes after finishing your ridicoulous hour bike buying process circusyour a bald faced liar *** if you say anything other....you can ramble on and try to make me look like a loose cannon whatever...good trymonths after bought bike out of the blue one day and they said they needed bikes to sell I said cool you had mine for a month so you should very well able to give me a number with out me coming up there...he called me back about minutes later and said 5k maybe a couple hundred more if I brought it in...this story about me being aggravated is a complete farce(that means lie shane)although AFTER he offered me fve 5k I called *** and was aggravated yes.....who wouldnt be after leaning they just got shafted that hard........next BS lie ***? so whatever bs you come up wth blah blah im a horrible customer...you should have just given my bike back day one and we wouldn't have had this problem...tell you why they didn'tcause the amount of money they ripped me off for...half of the story presented to you was fabricated in desperation...I own a service company and if I ever ripped off a customer that bad they would be all over me and so I will extend you the same courtesy... One more response with lies and BS and refusing to do what you should have done day one..........I will put this on you tube DAILY and let the world see these crooks as they are.......I had made a video documentary of the whole process....Then *** you can make a video full of your BS!!!!Get your makeup ready....until you make this right I fully intend on making your job and your reputation hell ***...for you to lie point blank doesn't really surprise me though.....I will make it my life's goal to spread the truth.... i'm not going away and this is only going to get worse.....Even if you do somehow BS the Revdex.com like you BS everyone......I will not go awayone of you should have at least a little honor and dignity and tell the truth....From the line of crap I just read I expect this wont be ***... Tell us why he On January 24th of Mr*** *** stopped by Texas Harley Davidson to inquire about trading in his Street Glide for a Sportster He wanted to make sure that he would be able to put some money back in his pocket because he thought he might need it for
some upcoming proceedingsApproximately a week later Mr*** returned to the dealership saying that there was a mechanical problem with the Sportster he had purchased and wanted get his Street Glide backWe informed him that would not be possible for several reasonsThe funding was complete with Harley Davidson Financial Services, the Sportster was titled in his name and his trade in had already been sold to a new ownerMr*** demanded we examine the motorcycle for any possible problemsWe had a level technician spend a few hours with the motorcycle to try and find any problems but none could be foundWe delivered the motorcycle back to Mr*** the next day only to hear from him a few days later that there was something wrong with the bikeWe picked up the motorcycle that same day and brought it back to the shop only to find nothing wrong once againAfter Mr*** had us pick up the bike the third time we had a Master Tech go on a ride with him as well as put the bike on our jump start so in the event that something did go wrong there would be several witnessesAfter these measures Mr*** was satisfied with the service departments diagnosis that there was nothing wrong but still wanted his Street GlideFour months later one of our sales reps called Mr*** in search of pre-owned motorcycles for our inventoryAs soon as Mr*** was asked about his bike he became very aggressive and began demanding a site unseen bid on his motorcycleOne of our senior staff members then took over the call and gave Mr*** a dollar amount but assured him it would go up if he would just bring it by for a clean bill of healthMr*** would have nothing to do with this and ended the conversation only knowing the first number givenHe shortly afterwards contacted the GM who explained the same situation to him about a site unseen bidIn Mr*** aggressive and aggravated state he was unwilling to try and reason through the situation re

On August 18th 2016 Mr. [redacted] purchased a new CVO Street Glide to be delivered to his home in Oregon.  We informed Mr. [redacted] during the process of the purchase that we would transfer in the motorcycle from one of our sister stores here in Texas and that would take 2 to 3 days and from...

there we would arrange shipping to Oregon which could take up to 3 possibly 4 weeks. We agreed on the pricing, the accessories, the delivery of the motorcycle and then proceeded to contract and finalize the purchase. The motorcycle arrived at his home in Oregon in less than 2 weeks from the time of purchase. We reached out to Mr. [redacted] several times to try and work through the details with him to but as of September 1st 2016 Mr. [redacted] will not take any phone calls from the store.

We are keeping up on the progress of the delivery of the motorcycle which will arrive much earlier than the end of October. As soon as the motorcycle is picked up out of the warehouse we will notify Mr. [redacted] it is in route. We would be happy to reimburse Mr. [redacted] his first payment for any inconvenience he has incurred.

I no way would have agreed to this. I was told 2-3 days shipping from the Dearship in Texas to my home in Oregon. 1. Harley Davidson never ever told me to talk to the General Manager.2. Adam Smith Harley Davidson put my life in danger by not providing safe equipment to drive.3. Harley Davidson is trying desperately to talk to me for a resolution 4. Under [redacted] Management, everyone of my complaints is part of his doing 5. I have not had an apology but I have had this statement " resolution" , how do you resolve putting a life in danger, how do you take back sexual misconduct & ruin a experience that was supposed to be an educational atmosphere
