I am rejecting this response because: I have attached a picture of what I asked for and what I left the salon with, I believe the picture speaks for the service that I received. I was told on the phone before coming into the salon that the price was 55.00 for cut and color. When I arrive I showed her what I wanted and she told me 90.00, I asked if that was because of two colors and cut? [redacted] (the hairdresser) said yes. After she finished I looked at my hair (in shock) and asked her one why she was charging me 90.00 when she quoted 55.00? I also asked her why she had done something so different then what I asked? I let her know at the salon that I was unhappy and that she had not done what I had asked. I also let her know at the salon that I felt she was overcharging me and being dishonest. Also, she was charging me 15.00 over her price sheet (20.00 for cut and 55.00 for full highlight). [redacted] replied that she had not looked at the picture very well and said that her price sheet says "and up", I also asked her why had she used damaging chemicals that I had asked her repeatedly not to use, she told me she was not paying attention and that she had not looked at the picture very well, also while cutting my hair she used a razor and went extremely close to the scalp and caused chemical burns on my scalp. I had small scabs and burns on my scalp after visiting this visit. I have also consulted two different hair dresser to confirm the damage done by Reflection salon all the corrections I need done are going to cost me around 200.00 and I can include receipts for everything. Everything I have mention was the truth. When I left the salon that day, I started crying as soon as I got to my car, I was in a lot of pain, my scalp hurt and overall my hair looked horrible. I had gone through great efforts to keep my hair health. I was so distraught when I arrived home my husband encouraged me to call the hair salon and let her know how unhappy I was with her service (I had already let her know at the salon). I called and asked for my money back, she said no, but that she would try to fix my hair. I replied no, that she had already done too much damage already, I felt that she was dishonest with her pricing and that I was not comfortable with her touching my hair. I would be happy to provide testimonies for the hair consultation I have had and the one I have scheduled next week along with the color correction receipts.

11,2015. She show me pictures and I say I can do it but it will cost $She say ok and I am not that picky and you can do whatever u want it doesn't have to look like the picture. I told her that we do not have to use bleach because your hair is a virginI use a permanent red with 30volWe did an ombré with full highlightsI let her sit for min then we rinse, shampoo and conditionerI trim her hair because she wanted to keep it long and she was complaining about the last girl cut her hair so short that why she doesn't go back to her and she cry for a long time and that why she haven't got her her done for so longI understand that so when I was blowing drying she said that it was so red and why she still see her dark natural rootI told her that we don't touch the root when we are doing highlight she went through shockShe told me I don't have time right nowI have a date with my husband but when I have time I will come backShe pay meThen she call me min when she got home and want her money back so she could go some place else to fix itI told her I would want to help her first and I understand u are shock about the redAnd I told her that red doesn't matches youShe hang up on meAnd weeks later I got this letter from Revdex.com.
First, I did not touch her scalp she still have her Virgin dark brown hair on topI used foil all through her hair.
Second, I only did a trim on her hair. I don't know who shave her her not meThird, I do have a license to do hairIt is illegal to work in a salon without a licenseI been having my license for years.
Fourth, we have a price sheet in the salon and our website. ***
Last, I try to work with her that night but she doesn't have time and then she call to get her money backI told her I can fix it and I work days so I am here anytimeShe hang up on me.
