I am rejecting this response because: I made it very clear at the time of the payment this was a flex card and amounts had to match the eob or the payment would habe to be refundedThe blonde at the desk told me that would be no problemWhen I told them I needed this money back I was told it would not be refunded because of money due to dr hookerBecause it is a flex payment my husband's heart attack payment could not be made this month because I had to pay back the flex about the What I am hearing I am heading in this discussion I'd in the future I need to tell them I will not pay dr *** anything until I have an EOB since flex card payments can't be used to pay debts from If that is in fact what is being said, then I don't accept the answer they gave for taking my flex money, but I will tell the office I won't pay until I have an EOBI will also not accept that I can't see my doctor when she has told me to come in.When I say I don't have the money to pay because of my husband's heart attack I do not, buy I can't deny my family access to medical care because my flex vCard has been cut off.
