My apologies for not responding in a timely manner. My statement is as follows:We received a home warranty dispatch for the complaining residence on Tuesday, October 4" and had contacted the homeowners to set up the Thursday afternoon appointment from 1-5. However, Thursday morning our...

tech assigned to that area called in sick and we were unable to reassign because the other tech was booked up for the day. We contacted this residence in the morning hours to move the appointment to the next day, Friday, with the same time frame. Friday morning it was raining. We were watching the radar and it appeared it would let up in time for us to make it through our appointments for the day, but it seemed to just keep building up and it was steadily raining through the morning hours into the first part of the afternoon. At this point we were delayed already for all the morning appointments we had set and we had some miscommunication in the office as to whether or not the afternoon appointments had been notified. Yes, it was our fault that there was no communication with this residence that we were even delayed, much less that it was possible we would once again not be able to hold our appointment. Our tech, due to the circumstances, offered to run service calls on Saturday at no extra cost, when usually that would be considered "overtime" and thus has an extra charge for homeowners. The techs run their own schedules on the weekends so the office did not have knowledge of intended time frames. The tech states that he had called the residence around 12:4Spm on Saturday to let them know he could head that way but they refused his service. We did receive anemail from their home warranty stating the dispatch order was cancelled.If you have any further questions please feel free to give us a call to discuss

It was TEXAS AC responsibility to warranty unit with state and this was failed upon with this company.
