Good Morning [redacted],With the rain we had over the weekend, I was able to check to see if the repair the builder did fixed the leak; the repair did not fix the leak. During Saturday's morning rain fall, I noticed water is still finding a way into the attic just as it did before. I do have video footage of the leak.I need to reopen the claim and request that the builder come back out and try a different method in fixing the leak.Sincerely,[redacted]
