The Revdex.com recently sent me a letter regarding [redacted] at [redacted] ***r [redacted] Beaumont Texas Per our conversation on December I did not have a contract with Mrs [redacted] to install this floor She was the buyer on the house I had a contract with the seller Mrs *** All Mrs [redacted] had was an estimate that I gave her in September I never got to go inside the residence to see what had to be bid There was more footage involved than what her realtor told me on the phone I feel this matter does not involve Mrs [redacted] Once again, I did not have a contract will Mrs [redacted]

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: The only transaction with the seller was for her to let him in the townhome I picked out the flooring in which the bid was $per sqfoot for the laminate When they did not have enough of the laminate that I picked out originally, he called ME! Asked me to trust him to pick out an alternate flooring I did so The flooring that he picked out was cents a square foot cheaper than what he gave me a bid for I was supposed to pay him directly if the bid came out over $ I told him I would as long as is was not more than $ So the seller was supposed to pay $and I was supposed to pay $ He collected the total $from the seller I had to reimburse her the $at closing Also the bid including replacing the entry hall and removal of the flooring that was on the entry hall He did neither one Just to let you know, my realtor told him she would let him in the townhome anytime he needed if he would call her It is not my fault that he did not go and measure before giving the bid The seller is not going to complain because she no longer the owner I will not dismiss this complaint until I am reimbursed the difference in the price of the laminate per sqfoot and the $that I had to pay additionally at closing Sincerely, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: The only transaction with the seller was for her to let him in the townhome.  I picked out the flooring in which the bid was $1.96 per sq. foot for the laminate.  When they did not have enough of the laminate that I picked out originally, he called ME!  Asked me to trust him to pick out an alternate flooring.  I did so.  The flooring that he picked out was .57 cents a square foot cheaper than what he gave me a bid for.  I was supposed to pay him directly if the bid came out over $4000.00  I told him I would as long as is was not more than $200.00.  So the seller was supposed to pay $4000.00 and I was supposed to pay $200.00.  He collected the total $4200.00 from the seller.  I had to reimburse her the $200.00 at closing.  Also the bid including replacing the entry hall and removal of the flooring that was on the entry hall.  He did neither one.  Just to let you know, my realtor told him she would let him in the townhome anytime he needed if he would call her.  It  is not my fault that he did not go and measure before giving the bid.  The seller is not going to complain because she no longer the owner.  I will not dismiss this complaint until I am reimbursed the difference in the price of the laminate per sq. foot and the $200.00 that I had to pay additionally at closing.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

The Revdex.com recently sent me a letter regarding [redacted] at [redacted] Beaumont Texas.  Per our conversation on December 28 I  did not have a contract with Mrs [redacted] to install this floor.  She was the buyer on the house.  I had a contract with the seller Mrs [redacted]....

All Mrs [redacted] had was an estimate that I gave her in September.  I never got to go inside the residence to see what had to be bid.  There was more footage involved than what her realtor told me on the phone.  I feel this matter does not involve Mrs [redacted].  Once again, I did not have a contract will Mrs [redacted]
