Received call from a *** from Nurses Unlimited regarding applying for work. I informed company it appeared someone fraudently applied with my identity,and to remove my name due to not applying to work with company.I blocked the number on call log. Company called home number on 9-11-17,asking for me by name.I informed again "do not call".The telephone number was XXX-XXX-XXXX,a *** informed located in Abilene.A *** left voicemail today,9-11-2017,on my cell phone,about work for a client,leaving XXX-XXX-XXXX,as her contact info. I also informed company this was second "do not call",since they were informed I suspected misuse of my identity for fraudent application.I clearly informed did not apply,and not interested working for them.
No further contact by the busi I want all calls to cellphone and home number stopped.

Consumer will no longer be contacted by Nurses Unlimited. Agency calls filed phone applications when there is a need in the area. Unfortunately, agency is at the mercy of the caller and the information given. Wichita Falls area is very difficult to staff and we call all numbers listed on phone application. We sincerely apologize and will no longer contact this consumer. Phone application has been destroyed.
