Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11488209, and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute In response to Texas Home Improvement's reply, I have the following response: I entered into an agreement with this company on October 13, 2015, in the amount of $24, Three crews later and several months expiring, the job was supposedly done which was contracted to be done within three to four days per Mr [redacted] , the sales representative He also stated that we would never know the crew was here, as they would respect my property In their response to me "abusing" crews, if allowing them access to my shop which had a bathroom and sink and offering them access to my garage refrigerator is abusive, then I am guilty We also provided large work lights for the first crew who was trying to rush and get the job done instead of coming back to work the next day I worked all day when they were at my house, so I am at a loss of words for whom abused the three crews it took to redo the work and fix shoddy work The salesman promised my pool and deck would be covered, but never were, as evidenced by the trash and countless paint drops and overspray I have an email from this company agreeing to replace shingles where spray paint of a different color was used to hide paint spills, covering the cost to remove old caulking around the windows and caulk correctly, the cost of the water running all night on one side of the house, covering the cost to repair water damage from the improper caulking, cost to repair long front porch due to paint stains I am still trying my best to remove the innumerable paint spills/drops around my house, and I noticed just this week that white primer is speckled on my back yard pipe fence painted green by the way This company has pointed fingers and has even tried to blame my builder for issues that did not exist until these crews arrived at my house This company entered into the same agreement on the same day with their sales delivery encompassing a two-year labor warranty, of which they now wish to run away from as a result of their less than professional job I NEVER requested the entire amount of the contract be returned I am asking for $12,in return, along with my original warranty information from TexCote These people are not genuinely, good honest people because I have encountered mistruths from the date of contract to what actually transpired I have emails, photographs, and written correspondence all supporting the above FACTS I have spent numerous hours and time off of work trying to gather evidence from other professionals and obtain written invoices to repair their workmanship I have not agreed to settle with this company as of yet Instead, I have contacted TexCote to have their "expert" inspect my property to ascertain why the north and east sides of my house had bubbles over the entire painted surface Could this possibly be an application problem (which is why they most likely wish to void their two-year labor warranty)? I have been advised that this expert is scheduled to inspect my property within the next month, as I have been waiting over four months for this visit upon my call to them To conclude, I want others to know who are contemplating entering into a contract with this company what I actually did encounter The workmanship and what was promised at date of contract simply did not occur I just do not understand how a company can employ people who desecrate a family's home I, too, would like to part ways with this company and their employees I think is quite ironic that MsMarvel has made such accusations of me when I have NEVER met the lady and who employed the role of project managerI only received a text messages from her, and the first was a text message from her wanting to know if the crew could start the work on my house What happened to personal customer service of picking up the telephone and communicating directly with the homeowner when spending 24,for the contracted job? [redacted] *** Regards, [redacted] ***

I have reviewed Ms***'s response, and I do agree with her statement of events that lead to my house FINALLY BEING PAINTEDBluntly put, this is what should have happened in the first placeAt the heart of my complaint, is Texas Home Improvement management/sales not being held to account for what they say would happen both in writing as well as in phone calls (or the lack there of as the case may be)All I expect of anyone is to be held to their wordThat is the main case against Mr***, Mr*** as well as the staff at Texas Home ImprovementI have yet to receive my warrantee information as promised to be 'hand delivered' to my homeI have been told several times that Mr*** would contact me and that has never happenedI believe that Ms*** did all she could do to bring about the best resolution to a bad situation and was thrown under the bus time and again by her managementI commend her ability to match a top notch crew with the wishes of the clientAssuming that the product does what they say it will do, I do not believe that any further problems will be had. That being said, I think that a $1k rebate of price is more then fair for poor management of my $109K interestBeing told time and again to contact Mr*** by phone (his request) and not hearing back from him over several times is out of lineContacting his management (Mr***) I explained why I was upset and simply wanted to know WHEN I would have my house doneI was promised a date that did not happenHe did promise to deal with Mr*** not servicing the needs/concerns of the client. He failed on both countsContacting the Revdex.com got the ball rolling and fast! I made it very clear that I wished to speak with the owner and was promised SEVERAL TIMES (even have it in writing) AND IT NEVER HAPPENDBy now, I should have been given my papers for warrantee and have yet to see themI assume that they feel that have my money and don't need to further worry about what was promised or to be bothered by being held to their wordTexas Home Improvement has a very good product but the performance over time is yet to be seenMy job was rather small and $8k was a tad bit steep, but assuming I would never worry about it again, I felt it in my best interestI was VERY happy with my crew and the Crew Chief was topsMs. *** did what she could to resolve the problem Given the current level of management at THI, their lack of follow up with reasonable expectations of the client, and their lack of ability to follow up with what they say they will do, I am unsure of the value of their workThe public needs to know that their product is very good...you simply have to put up with very poor management, that refuses to be held to account, and hope you get a crew chief like I had to get anything doneAfter that, you may be ok! I request that the Revdex.com keep my complaint open to warn others of the problems that they may run intoTHI needs to understand that they promised me a call by the owner (did not happen) and they owe me a warrantee card that as of this date, has not been delivered "by hand" as promised

Dear Revdex.com,I appreciate you letting us know about the claim against us regarding Mr*** *** in FtWorth, Texas. What Mr*** says about his start date is true. He did request a specific start date and it was miscommunicated to the Production Department. We have remedied
that internal issue so that it will not happen again to future customers of Texas Home Improvement/Newspray. I dispatched a very capable crew who I knew had similar interests to Mr*** and they got along beautifully. I am the Production Manager here at THI/Newspray and my name is Regan ***. I accompanied the crew to Mr***'s house on the day that we started the project and did a thorough walk around to make sure we were all on the same page as to what needed to be addressed. We also gave Mr*** a very thorough description of what would take place every day at his home. He was very happy and satisfied with me being there and meeting the crew that day as well. I offered Mr*** a full $1,reduction to his original project costs which he happily accepted. We exchanged and email in order to put the change into writing. In the email I asked that he reconsider his Revdex.com claim at the end of the job when he was pleased and satisfied. Mr*** singed his completion certificate with great reviews AND paid his remaining balance in full. Texas Home Improvement has apologized to Mr*** for his inconvenience, and we compensated Mr*** for his inconvenience. In response to Texas Home Improvement's reply, I have the following response:   I entered into an agreement with this company on October 13, 2015, in the amount of $24,500.00.  Three crews later and several months expiring, the job was supposedly done which was contracted to be done within three to four days per Mr. [redacted], the sales representative.  He also stated that we would never know the crew was here, as they would respect my property.  In their response to me "abusing" crews, if allowing them access to my shop which had a bathroom and sink and offering them access to my garage refrigerator is abusive, then I am guilty.  We also provided large work lights for the first crew who was trying to rush and get the job done instead of coming back to work the next day.  I worked all day when they were at my house, so I am at a loss of words for whom abused the three crews it took to redo the work and fix shoddy work.  The salesman promised my pool and deck would be covered, but never were, as evidenced by the trash and countless paint drops and overspray.  I have an email from this company agreeing to replace shingles where spray paint of a different color was used to hide paint spills, covering the cost to remove old caulking around the windows and caulk correctly, the cost of the water running all night on one side of the house, covering the cost to repair water damage from the improper caulking, cost to repair long front porch due to paint stains.  I am still trying my best to remove the innumerable paint spills/drops around my house, and I noticed just this week that white primer is speckled on my back yard pipe fence painted green by the way.  This company has pointed fingers and has even tried to blame my builder for issues that did not exist until these crews arrived at my house.  This company entered into the same agreement on the same day with their sales delivery encompassing a two-year labor warranty, of which they now wish to run away from as a result of their less than professional job.  I NEVER requested the entire amount of the contract be returned.  I am asking for $12,000.00 in return, along with my original warranty information from TexCote.  These people are not genuinely, good honest people because I have encountered mistruths from the date of contract to what actually transpired.  I have emails, photographs, and written correspondence all supporting the above FACTS.   I have spent numerous hours and time off of work trying to gather evidence from other professionals and obtain written invoices to repair their workmanship.    I have not agreed to settle with this company as of yet.  Instead, I have contacted TexCote to have their "expert" inspect my property to ascertain why the north and east sides of my house had bubbles over the entire painted surface.  Could this possibly be an application problem (which is why they most likely wish to void their two-year labor warranty)?  I have been advised that this expert is scheduled to inspect my property within the next month, as I have been waiting over four months for this visit upon my call to them.     To conclude, I want others to know who are contemplating entering into a contract with this company what I actually did encounter.  The workmanship and what was promised at date of contract simply did not occur.  I just do not understand how a company can employ people who desecrate a family's home.     I, too, would like to part ways with this company and their employees.  I think is quite ironic that Ms. Marvel has made such accusations of me when I have NEVER met the lady and who employed the role of project manager.
