Mr. [redacted] completed his Hunter Ed certification and his information was reported to Texas Parks & Wildlife. Unfortunately, his Apt # was not included in the mailing address for his permanent card. His card was returned to TPWD. A second card was also sent out and returned to TPWD. TPWD does not...

notify Complete Hunter when a card is returned so we concluded he had received at least one card. Once Mr. [redacted]'s address with Apt # was corrected, a new card was mailed out and I was notified today by Mr. [redacted] that he did receive his card.

I spoke with the student and the email to print the card is 'auto' generated and may be in the student's spam or trash folder. A filter setting on his account caused the email to be redirected from his inbox. I cannot locate a message from the student so I contacted him by phone. He has already...
