THIS CLASS IS A SCAM, the director's name is bryan. I was shopping around for a good HVAC contractor class to aid me in passing the exam and I choose this one because seems like its legit. THEN its when it all went downhill. I paid 900 something dollars for the class, which included books, 250 quick notes, permanent book tabs(required for testing) and web classes. I signed up for the class and I got the books within 2 business days. It was promised to me that I will get an email with quick notes and some other material right after I pay for my class, which I did, but never received the quick notes, after a week went by, I called Bryan he gave me some excuse and he told me it will be sent to me the next day. I waited couple more days never got the email, I called him again, same excuse. it was after two weeks, and after the fourth time I called him, he actually sent me an email, with an random name Maurice. I opened the email, it wasnt the quick notes it was the the class login for the class that I signed up for. so I had to CALL HIM AGAIN for the quick notes, and I finally got it.
The classes that he had was nothing but a person telling us what to highlight for 4 hours. there was no explanation, nothing to learn and nothing to read. two out of the five books that I got was a photo copy of the actual book, and when I opened it, every page in that book was printed sideways with no page number. I called him and he sent me a hightlighted one.
Basically what Bryan told me was that when I go take my test, if I memorize all the 250 quick notes I will give me around 40 points, and adding that with the high lighted material should aid me in passing the test. I called him the day before my test, he rejected my call with a message saying that he was in a meeting, I told him politely to call me back he said OK. NEVER CALLED ME BACK again. I called him the day of my test, he never answered, it ringed a couple of times and went to his voicemail which seems like he rejected my call.
I took the test and failed. NON OF THE 250 quick notes was on the test, and non of the highlighted material was on the test either. I called him after I failed my test and never got an answer.
