patients, we count on them to come and receive medical care that they need. It is our policy to ask our patients who signed our policy to contact us within 2 business days prior to their appointment so we will have enough time to contact another patient who really needs a medical service to come instead of  a canceled appointment . As a courtesy, we may waive only one time the no show/cancellation fee provided the patient has called our office and send us a detailed explanation as why he or she did not show up at the appointment date and time.I encouraged her to provide details as why : 1. she couldn't keep the appointment date and time, 2. she didn't call us 2 days in advance. Once we receive the details, if it proves to be an emergency situation, death of a family member, the no show/cancellation fee will be waived.Sincerely,KimAdministrator
