Hello,MDK mechanical DID have a licensed electrical contractor do the electrical work at [redacted] home [redacted] however we were not aware that a separate permit needed to be pulled for this, regardless that does not explained the improper wiring.I have tried to contact ** , but have had no luck.We are willing to refund [redacted] the $as requested and will pursue to follow EXTREME conduct in near future using any sub- contractors.We do apologize to [redacted] for any inconvience as we certainly enjoyed her throughout install.We at MDK would just like to know that the refund will satisfy and end this situation.Again sorry for any in convince and we will wait for response ,instructions as to where to send refund or not.Sincerly,Mark K [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was there in the room when Mark K [redacted] did the electrical work himselfI have no knowledge of an electrical contractor coming to do any electrical work connected to my HVAC system.In addition, I have received a final bill from the electrician that reconstructed the incorrect wiring for the HVAC system and it was $ 444.00, not $ Sincerely, [redacted] ***
