We have completed all repairs on the hot tub that [redacted] keeps saying has an issueWhen our service manager arrived the valve was not brokeThe cap had become looseHe replaced an o-ring and reassembled the valveThe corner panel that was damaged during a very difficult delivery has been shipped to us and upon arrival she is on our First response service call scheduleTheir spa is fully operationalCal Spas is also shipping her a new set of filters for the issue and we have been very accommodating to her as wellThe hot tub has a full year warranty for parts and labor and it is fully functioningWe will uphold the warranties and service for her as she is our customerThere is nothing wrong with her hot tub to be called a dudThe hot tub is rated #in most of the studies done on hot tubsWe also sold her the spa way below retail price to accommodate her budget [redacted] has the highest end hot tub one could buy and ownWe want her to know that we hold no ill will and will service her spa with utmost respect and integrityWe strive hard to maintain a loyal customer driven service department

We have been working close with this customer on the issue she hadWe stood behind the product and the warranty that is provided by Cal SpaShe did buy a floor model that was brand new as a display modelWe are not sure how the valve got busted but the delivery was very difficult and it could
have happened during this timeBut our technician was on site and prepared the hot tub to be filled and to show a full operations schoolWe did arrive a little later than expected but on the day we promisedHe was there after hours and this incident happened after hours and our store was closed as well as the manufacturerWe were contacted bu our technician as he turned the hot tub on the valve did bust and got water all over the circuit boardI responded and contacted our representative from Cal Spas immediatelyHe, of course, had already left for the day and ensured us everything would be over nighted to us to get the hot tub repairedWe came in the next morning and immediately began working on her caseShe called and screamed at us on the phone as we were working on getting the hot tub repairedWe even had Cal Spas call her to let her know they had been notifiedAnd that Cal Spas were on the issue and were sending the parts ourWe received the parts the next day, later in the afternoon, and our service manager went out and replaced the itemsThere was a programming issue that we were unaware of that needed to take placeWe went back out and inspected and the hot tub is up and running to specsWe apologized to no end but as a service company we stood with her as she is our customerAs far as her family member getting hurtI was never told about it till the next day in which I apologized and that family member said he was not hurt but startled and that the small part hit his glasses and he even laughed to say he didn't need that eye as he was already blind in that eye and didn't need it anywaysTexas Leisure and Cal Spas made all necessary steps to ensure the spa was repaired in a timely manner and working before the last guy leftShe was not sold a defective unit as all items are repairable and it was just an unfortunate accident but was repaired and they are now using their hot tubWe have apologized to this customer and informed them we are here for all their service needs

There is nothing wrong with her hot tub to be called a dud. The hot tub is rated #1 in most of the studies done on hot tubs. We also sold her the spa way below retail price to accommodate her budget. [redacted] has the highest end hot tub one could buy and own. We want her to know that we hold no ill will and will service her spa with utmost respect and integrity. We strive hard to maintain a loyal customer driven service department.

I am rejecting this response because: the spa they sold is a dud. It’s broken. I do not want something that may have something wrong with it now or later. I’ve lost my trust in this tub and feel like something is wrong. We are still awaiting repair on the valve. Come get the spa and refund my money
