We had turned down over potentional clients in between the and a half days because Mrand Mrs*** told us that they were serious customers and wanted the travel trailer, and were not wasting our time, fully aware of the stipulation of a non-refundable deposit, due to potential losses of the sale, which indeed had occurred*** was informed that her husband *** was the only one who could apply for financing because *** has no incomeWe had told her that she could not be on the loan as a co-signerShe had claimed that she did not know that, when in all reality, she was made aware of it fullyWe had stated that because *** had collections and low credit score that his interest would be high but we might be able to still obtain financing, and if we weren't able to, they would get their deposit backCase in point, they had signed the paperwork on 4-27-16, left the deposit, knowing it would not be returned if they were approved but backed out of the deal for their own reasons, and are now saying that they were blindsided and we are not a professional company.
