Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] This business did NOT repair the shoddy installation that still has gutter joints leaking Emails and messages that they would be out to correct them were LIES They finally did admit to installing defective shingles that are causing some of the problems and were going to replace them Again, no action Do not believe a word they say

This program is a cooperative rebate between TMR and our shingle manufacturer The form for the rebate was completed several times and I do not know why Mr *** did not receive it but I will send out a company check from Texas Master Roofing so we can make good on the promise to Mr
*** As you can probably tell, the quality of the roof installation is not an issue and Texas Master Roofing has installed over roofs with only one complaint about the actual roof installation.Thanks for your help!

This was a warranty claim on a job that we did for the previous owners of this house The warranty is not transferable They did not have an invoice either but we don't want to leave anything unprotected We came out and did the repairs anyway on some issues that we found We
knocked on the door and no one answered We went ahead and did the repairs They should be very visible repairs and if they looked they would see them I would appreciate if they would confirm and retract the complaint

I am rejecting this response because: After accepting the resolution put forward by this roofing company, they never did send me any check for the $200.00 rebate that they had promised. Thank you for your assistance.
