I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute
Their response states the car was sold on 2/6/and months later I requested for the transmission to be fixedIt shows the company is not telling the truth because as I am writing you again on this matter and it still wouldn't be months with today's date 5/26/let alone from the original time I contacted Texas Motor Club on the issue, which was on 5/1/In addition to that even though I brought the car on 2/6/I did not receive it until weeks laterThen when I finally received it I had to take it back again because the work still wasn't completeThey kept the car for another week as well. They always kept good customer service though out the time of me waiting on repairs and gave me a rental car while I waitedSo yes I referred a friend because I thought they were honestly fixing the problemI am no mechanic so I drove the car and told them of the sounds and they told me what is wrong with it I trusted them because they were the professionalsThe amount of damage done to this car couldn't possibly be done in a month of me driving it. I didn't really start driving the car until around 2/28/16. I discovered the transmission problem 4/29/when it broke down on meI had to wait until I could get enough money to put it in the shop because the total cost of repairs came to over $1,Please see attachments of all the messages sent between me and the company, A print out from auto zone that I got yesterday 5/26/showing that the knock sensor is still not fixed, as well as the receipt for the repairs I had to get fixedI also attached a picture of the door part that I waited for that they are claiming to have fixed but gave to me to fix myself. They only fixed the rear handle, the wore out tires were replaced, The knock sensor was supposed to be fixed but wasn'tThe fact of the matter is I was told they would fix what is wrong with the truckThey said they inspected it and told me what needed to be done and I thought they didAs I drove it I knew it was a problem but not nothing this major. I thought maybe just some front end work I would like for them to at least split the cost of the repairs with meI'm not trying to get overIt just would be the right thing to do since they pride their selves off of customer service

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute.
Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below. In regards to the above complaint Texas Motor Club has done nothing to remedy our situation. They have not provided us with the items that were promised as part of the original contract.  Those items include a new mirror,  interior pieces, and touch up paint of vehicle. There are also other issues that we will use a third party to get recompensed. We will also be seeking damages for them calling me a racist. I have snap shots of all posted items from this company which are total lies! I do not accept their response.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute. This company is showing the date I brought the car not the date I received it. Yes it was sold as is, but with a promised to fix repairs which he signed the promise to fix the repairs his self, and said that those was the only things wrong with the car. I was sold the car under the understanding that he ran a full diagnostic as he told me and everything that came up would be fixed. This was not the truth, and it is against the law. This was in fact a fast talking use car selling scam. This should fall under the lemon law. I will never accept nothing less then half of the repair cost, and moving forward any thing else that happens to the car should be all on me, but not this. This business has cost me a lot, and I just want what is right by law. Again they are dragging out the time to make it sound justifiable by counting purchase date until now, instead of the date I actually received the car and the date I reported the problems.

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute. Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below. The dealership made a verbal contract that the Dealership covers all their vehicles with a 90 day power train warranty. Every time my vehicle went in it came back with another issue. Issues that were not present when the vehicle was dropped off. The dealership claimed they paid for the repairs to the fuel pump, power supply etc. at the cost of $1,700.00. When they finally provide receipts, the cost is less. In which they did not cover those cost I did. The fuel system is part of the EVAC system and the issue with the system should of been covered when the repairs to the leak was made. The cost of the transmission, should of been covered by the dealerships stated warranty and I should not have had to be backed into a corner to get my vehicle back. The mechanic they used did not properly repair the vehicle. The vehicle had to be taken back for the same repairs each time along with the transmission. Omar stated warranty would not cover the transmission because it was to soon and pre-existing. He knowingly sold the vehicle with a bad transmission and did not disclose to the buyer. This vehicle was a loaner vehicle for the dealership prior to me purchasing. The dealership did what they had to do to cover up the problem instead of repairing and sold the vehicle. Mechanical issues with a vehicle have to be disclosed. The dealership choose they mechanic and shop for the EVAC to be repaired. In process they damaged the fuel system. It is the dealerships responsibility to cover the cost of the damages, and seek reimbursement from the mechanic.A verbal contract is a legally binding as a written contract. Witnesses are provided along with a recording, to Omar admitting they have a 90 day warranty on all their vehicles. The warranty was on the dealership not on any other company. It was the sole responsibility of the Dealership. The fact they sell a vehicle stating this and repeatedly stating this, knowingly selling a vehicle with mechanical issues, without disclosure is fraudulent. Making promises and then putting customers in a position that they have to pay in order to get their vehicle back is deceiving and a fraudulent practice on the part of the dealership. When the receipts where asked for they said I had to go to HAI and get them, but they were worried about that because he was out of business. They couldn't provide receipts, so I have to question if they have provided copies of actual receipts. A recording of the conversation can be provided. As this system will not allow it to be attached at this time.
