Paid for rifle and and two magazines and one was broken and owner would not make it right. Paid for reloading dies and was told I could pick them up on Monday 3 Mondays later still no dies. My dad who doesn’t know about reloading finally picked them up and when I checked them they were missing the shell holder and the sizing die. I called and spoke with owner he got angry and said all the slots aren't full when you buy dies and asked me where it says on the box they come with that? As I was trying to tell him he interrupted me and said very angry WHAT DID I SAY! Like i’m his child or something. I continued to try to explain and he hung up on me.

The owner of Outlaws is a very angry dude that doesn’t care if he actually provides what it is he agreed to sale. My dad has bought two guns from this man spending about $2000 in less than a month and the owner is willing to lose a good customer and get bad reviews over a $25 broken magazine and a $30 incomplete reloading die set.

So I caution you from doing business with him.

The customer that made the complaint did not purchase anything from us his dad did and he got a used gun that are sold as is and the extra mag that he brought back was given to them was not charged for it I told him I didn't know anything about it then when he called about the loading dies I told him that I would have to look in boxes every thing is still packed up then the hand held phone I was on died and didn't have his number to call back I found the other die for him but he will not take my call.

The transaction was made by my father who was in need of my assistance. The transaction that was made between him and Outlaws was for a firearm, two mags and a set of dies. All my father received were a firearm, one functioning magazine, one non functioning magazine and an incomplete die set.

I have been informed by the owner through text message that they plan to send a check for the refund of the purchase price of the dies and the cost of a new magazine through mail to my fathers address. I have also been informed by the owner through text message that they will send the missing part of the reloading die by mail to my fathers address.

As of 2-7-20 we have not received either.

We have tried to work with *** to resolve this issue only to save our business' good reviews through social media. We sold his father a firearm and die set, both used and sold on an as-is basis, therefore his actual complaint is regarding merchandise that was given to him at no charge. The broken magazine that he referred to was actually an extra we had in the shop and gave it to him at no charge. He was informed that it had just came in and we did not know what kind of condition it was in, hence the reason it was free. All used guns/ products are sold on an as-is basis. One of my associates spoke with *** about picking up an extra piece for the die set. She even agreed to meet him at the business on a weekend or during off hours to accommodate his schedule. A refund for die set was also offered if he just wanted to bring it back along with the few hundred rounds of free brass that was given to him, also at no charge. He seems to only want a refund for things that he did not pay for and for us to send him additional free merchandise while he continues to post negative opinions about our business on social media.

We were never informed that the extra mag was thrown in for free.

We never asked for or expected free merchandise.

We expected a used firearm with two working mags and a die set, the brass was offered for free and we accepted it.

We received a used firearm one functioning mag one broken mag and part of a die set.

When an inquiry over the phone with the owner of the shop about the missing die equipment was made, the owner vas very uncivil and the decision was made to seek help for resolution from Revdex.com and a post on social media was made about the bad experience. Also due to the angry response from the owner it was decided that no more person to person contact with the owner would be made and that no more talking over the phone would be made. All other communication has been through written messages.

As you see in the images of text correspondence with one of the owners. We were informed that returning any merchandise on our part was not necessary and that it was their intentions to resolve the issue by sending money by mail.

Also the bad review on the Outlaws business and on a social media buy and sale sight have been removed as requested by the owner.
