We moved from [redacted] to [redacted] on July 30 and the movers were the best. They were quick, courteous and earned every cent. We had a large entertainment unit that
was not guaranteed to make it out of our apartment building in one piece, but they did it. They were impressive.

Last month *** & team moved my husband & I. We had rec'd several quotes ranging in price, weight, hours, all over the boards! We went with ***, because he took the time on a Sunday to come view our home & give us a quote. He was very prompt, professional and answered all our questions. Not the lowest or the highest bid, but we felt confident with ***'s skills. Unfortunately, half way in things went a little side ways, couple of dings, broken glass, the need for a second truck....however *** & crew stuck with it, never gave up, they worked hard! A 14-15 hour day, they got the job done and done right! In the end we had a successful move. Thank-you ***!

We had a Big Move. Tyler the owner and his two guys Jesse and Max were amazing. They were all super careful and courteous. Everything was wrapped beautifully as to not scratch any walls, and keep everything in perfect condition. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone, for their move. Great job guys!

[redacted] and [redacted] moved into [redacted], IN 47303 at Meadowview Farms Community on 4/18/14.  On 5/5/14 Ms. [redacted] came into the rental office to let me know she had found a bug and after she did some investigating discovered it was a bedbug.  I...

immediately called Knight Pest Control and scheduled treatment of the home.  the pest control company came out and began work within 24 hours of the complaint.  Knight Pest Control performed treatment on 5/6, 5/9 and 5/13.  I stayed in communication with Ms. [redacted] during this time as well as the days following the treatment.  Ms. [redacted] seemed to be happy with our solution to the problem.  We had absolutely no idea this home had bedbugs when we sold it.  The home had been vacant for a number of months, multiple contractors and employees had been in & out of this home and we never saw any indication of pests.
 
Ms. [redacted] did file a complaint about her kitchen and laundry room floors having soft spots and her back door leaking.  On 5/23/14 I sent a vendor to her home to address the issues.  At that time she told him she was moving out and didn't want us to take care of the problems at that time.
 
We try only to hire the most professional and honest contractors possible as we want our residents to be treated fairly and with respect at all times.  We are currently investigating the allegations Ms. [redacted] lodged against the contractor that installed her furnace.  Our Maintenance supervisor was with this vendor the entire time he was in the home and states at no time were any derogatory or unprofessional comments made.
 
We have spoken to Ms. [redacted] numerous times about the issues with the home and trying to find a resolution.  My Area Manager, [redacted], has been on a few of these conference calls and even scheduled a return call with [redacted] Ms. [redacted]'s boyfriend and the co-occupant, at a convenient time for him after work.  Ms. [redacted] claims he has a temper and it would be best if we worked around his schedule.  Which of course, we would do for anybody and did for him as his input was vital.
 
Ms. [redacted] also complained of see a snake int he grass while lying out.  While we sympathize, she lives next to a slightly wooded area, a retention pond and a large field: there is little we can do about Mother Nature.
 
Our final remedy to this situation is to refund her down payment of $1000.00, relinquish her of any further contractual obligation and part ways.
