Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The house wasn't to be inspected until 11/24/and I informed you on 12/2/that I wasn't going to get the house so it was only days from the inspection that does not consist on $It would only be 200$ that I owed from the time beingAlso I went to the house on 12/2/and it wasn't even clean to move in so whether I got the house or not it would have not have been ready on 12/1/which was suspose to be the start of the lease.I work hard for my money and I don't think its fair that you take advantage of people.I deserve at least $of my money back if not all of the $ Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:First of all I have nothing to do with people not wanting to move during Christmas I told you I wasn't getting it as soon as I left the housing place so as I stated before I don't owe you for all that time you need to give mW some of my money back point blank period besides the house was dirty and not ready to move in so why do I owe you if your house was not cleaned the previous owner things were still in there and you really should rent it out as a bedroom with a study kuz the room to the left wasn't even big enough for my year old to fit in your a joke give me what's mine and ill leave you alone

I am rejecting this response because:The house wasn't to be inspected until 11/24/2014 and I informed you on 12/2/2014 that I wasn't going to get the house so it was only 8 days from the inspection that does not consist on $450 It would only be 200$ that I owed from the time being. Also I went to the house on 12/2/2014 and it wasn't even clean to move in so whether I got the house or not it would have not have been ready on 12/1/2014 which was suspose to be the start of the lease.I work hard for my money and I don't think its fair that you take advantage of people.I deserve at least $250 of my money back if not all of the $450.

The point is I lost 20 days rent on the house from the time you said you were going to take the place til you told me that your certificate for 2 bedroom was cancelled Furthermore  because it was by then the beginning of dec[ and nobody wants to move at xmas / month of dec] I also lost the rent for dec  In case you werent aware there were other renters that I turned down during the time I held the place for you

The house was kept off the rental market for approx 20 days and she called me early in Dec such that I lost at least one months rent. I told her that I would refund the deposit if she would pay the rent for the time it was empty  I did have several other prospects which I turned down...

during the interval.  A deposit is  to ensure that the tenant will comply with the lease It is not my fault that her 2 bedroom  certificate was revoked
