Today we sent an $check payable to [redacted] via [redacted] Certified Mail # [redacted] *** The complaintant is correct- we did cause damage to their vehicle and they were owed the balance We attempted to mail them twice to the provided address, both times the mail was not returned The checks were not cashed We then offered to leave the $$$ for pickup at one of our locations downtown in hopes to get them the money as mail was not succeeding We haven't heard from the client for some time but are very very happy to get this resolved

I ordered i'Nate Scientific's skin care moisturizer weeks ago and received my product shortly afterShipping was quick and trouble freePackage arrived mostly unharmed from the postal carrier The actual product was undamaged
From time to time I've had skin moisturizers sent over the mail to try before I buy and they end up damaged and unusable I'Nate's packing is very reflective of the product itself - high qualityI'll continue to use I'Nate in the future! They're easy to deal with and quick to respond

We had such a terrible experience with Texas Premier Parking in Austin.
We hired this company to valet at our wedding of 200+ people. We had been in contact with the main guy named Jeremiah Duke, who at first seemed extremely nice, trustworthy, and someone who understood the stresses of planning a wedding. We paid for his services, and in return he sent us an invoice and contract for the hired job.
Their Web site claims they have a $3 million liability insurance policy, and "is available upon request." However, the week prior to our wedding myself, my mom, my wedding planner, and the venue managers had all called Jeremiah asking him to send over the proof of insurance form. After each one of us called to ask for it, he would tell us he was working on getting it to us, and then after that would stop answering our calls or responding in any way. So many people on my side had called him wondering why it was taking so long and to get an update on the insurance form that he eventually stopped responding to everyone and went completely MIA.
Long story short, this company took our money and never showed up to our wedding. We had to hire another valet company at the last minute. Imagine the stress and frustrations this caused.
Now, we are just trying to get him to repay us, and he is still not responding to us in anyway. Phone calls, e-mails, etc.
WE STRONGLY BELIEVE THIS COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE INSURANCE LIKE THEY CLAIM THEY DO. So, therefore they are lying on their Web site, and now have proved to be thieves by taking our money and not showing up for their job.
This is the worst company I have ever come across, and deserve to be shut down. They are rats.
