[redacted] -Middleton of Texas Premier Realty was my realtor for my recent home purchase [redacted] agreed to have the home professionally cleaned at her cost after closing and prior to me moving in She did not advise me until the day of closing that she would not be having the carpets cleaned I reminded [redacted] that she agreed to have the house professionally cleaned and that she had never mentioned not including the carpet I was mislead so I reached out to her broker [redacted] of Texas Premier Realty [redacted] did not seem to care, he only mentioned that he would talk to her but that professionally cleaning is not something they normally have done I explained that [redacted] gave me her word that the home would be cleaned at her costand never mentioned to exclude the carpet [redacted] gave no further assistance
