NO STARS!!!!
It has been 9 weeks and our recycle has still not been picked up. I keep getting the runaround. Supervisors were to call me and never did. I lost count how many times I've called and they put in work orders. I also lost count on how many times they sent a note to dispatch. One lady said she would look into it personally and get back to me. Its been a week and there has been no response. This company is awful with communication and I still have not received a simple answer. WHY IS MY RECYCLE NOT BEING PICKED UP? I pay for a service and they are not doing their job.
It's no wonder why they have lost all of my neighborhoods business. I tried to stick it out but this is ridiculous. No refunds, no call backs, and no pick up. Absolutely unacceptable business practice. I DO NOT recommended them. Trash service is meh. They don't always pick up when they are scheduled to.

Terrible service in Sugar Land April, 2022
Over the last 2 weeks, TPD has not picked up on their scheduled days. When called service about this, we were told that our day was not the same day that we've had scheduled for years. When following up and returning calls, they have turned off their ability to speak to a service agent. When opting for another department to speak to someone, we were hung up on. The HOA has been notified, but to no avail. I'm one pickup short of contacting the local news. We have no recourse. Waste is not something to jerk people around with.

Same here in Magnolia Texas. Neighborhood has trash cans lined up with smelly disgusting waste over flowing.

Fabulous customer service
Lenora was the nicest person I’ve every in, countered from Texas pride.
I call to cancel my service, and she was fabulous, if the service was this great the entire time I would had never switched.
Usually when I call, the girls are true b[censored]. They don’t care if they haven’t picked up my trash for 2 weeks, they didn’t care when I complained about the 5 dollar paper statement fee that I asked to have refunded (they didn’t refund). I’m just over Texas Pride.

Crystal is a really great customer representative
I was very frustrated because it took forever to receive my trash and recycling containers. I wrote a request online and the person who answered it was Crystal. She was very pleasant and professional, and she promised me to speed up the process. Well, I don't know what she did, but I finally got my containers!. She also sent me the pick up schedule. Thank you Crystal!

Texas Pride has no pride when it comes to their service
Texas Pride Disposal is horrible. First they stop picking up recycle bins on a regular bases and the bins sit in the streets until they finally decide to do what they are paid to do pick up the trash on a regular bases. Now Texas Pride hasn't picked up our regular trash for 9 days the neighborhood looks like a dump. They should change their name to something else other then Texas Pride. Can't wait for our homeowners meeting so we can fire Texas Pride for breach of contract. Use Texas pride if you want to smell and see your trash for weeks on your street

The Service and Service department couldn't be worse.
I just started using this company because I bought a house and all the neighbors seem to use them. I should have asked beforehand because it's been over a week since pickup and they appear to randomly pick up recyclables. This seems to be run by the same people who planned the Afghanistan withdrawal because it's nothing but promises but the execution could have been done better by a monkey with a wagon. Honestly, 0 stars or a negative rating needs to be an option, the reality that a company like this still has clients is beyond me. My girlfriend called and asked to speak to a supervisor after speaking to them several times this week regarding pickup, the customer service rep told her no lol... because the superviser will just tell her the same thing. We had a work order submitted for trash pick up they still failed to pick up any trash anywhere in the entire neighborhood. Everyone is pilling trash on the curb and it looks like I'm back in a third-world country.

The bottom line is to stay far far far away...block them from taking money out do whatever needs to be done. They suck on a Biden administration level and they should change their name from Texas Pride to Bidens Memory because that also comes and goes but isn't always there to do its job.

HORRIBLE company
I would give zero stars if possible. Texas Pride has offered such horrible service to the entire Houston area that it was even mentioned on the news! I pay for 2x a week service and yet in the last 8 weeks, instead of 16 pickups I've had a grand total of SIX! When I call "customer service" no one ever answers, no one responds to email, facebook messages or "chat" online. This company is cheating their customers by billing them for services we are not receiving. DO NOT use this company.

Great Customer service
RACHEAL WAS GREAT. SHE HELPED ME WITH MY BINS.

This was handled between customer and office earlier in the week and a refund check is in the mail Matter should be closed

I phoned in with an account issue and received a quick resolution thanks to Whitney Bolden. She was not only pleasant but also results driven. Thanks Whitney! Carol W.

This has been resolved. Crew is aware of the stop. Customer is aware of proper service times. No issues have occurred since noting the account on route sheet

I have not had time to call her and do not know the ins and outs of our billing system as well as MarkWe have offered her a check back for refund or a $credit on her new accountShe needs to let us know which she would preferMark was waiting on her decision

I received the refund from the company that I had been trying to acquire on 6/9/2017.

We will have a truck back to collect the waste within 24 hours as per our service agreement.

This was handled between customer and office earlier in the week and a refund check is in the mail.  Matter should be closed.
