I am rejecting this response because:I never said that money was exchanged for the other things I needed done [redacted] did give me an estimate (#1080) for the bedroom ceiling and said he would try to find the tile and counter top broken by the plumbersI left messages on his phone and also e-mailed himEveryone has family emergencies sometimesAll he had to do was call or e-mail back Regards, [redacted]

I completed the first project for the home owner as listed out in the estimate, the customer asked me to find a countertop for the vanity and paint and clean the ceiling in her bedroom which was not part of the original quoteThere was no money exchanged for the other projects and no start dates
were givenI did tell the customer that I would try and find the tiles that the plumbers broke and vanity topI have had a family emergency that required my attention for the past few weeks and have not had time to work on the other projects the customers wantedagain there was no exchange of money or set start dates I do apologize for any inconvenience that the customer has had but again I did tell her it would take me time to find the tiles and countertop even if they had that style stillI am back to work now and will contact customer tomorrow 3/6/

Everyone has family emergencies sometimes. All he had to do was call or e-mail back.
