Texas Prime Homes

Couple of months ago we were hit by a hail storm that damaged my roof and even had interior water leaks that turned in to mold, at first I was kind of sceptical since I knew this was going to be handled by knowledgeable professional in order for my investment of my property to be the same as it was before the storm. I interviewed top 5 star rating reputable local general contractors that could be best fit to complete my work. I always liked all my questions answered before starting work to insure that who I'm dealing with has the knowledge of how well the work can be done by code before even starting,I even took the time to look on pictures & reviews on Home Advisor and Facebook to make sure it's not those contractors that take the money and not complete the work as promised, a close friend of mine had a bad experience with someone that took her insurance check plus her deductible as down payment and never started project. I couldn't be much happier to have sign up an agreement with Texas Prime Homes which they have general liability, offered me 10 year labor warranty, certificate of completion which is required by insurance and even T.D.I forms to reduce my insurance premiums after completion of work, this guys did a fantastic job from inside & out. It was my first time doing an insurance claim and oh boy I was surprised how my home looks now, I won't deny at first I thought it was a bit pricey but this guys showed me a very detailed evaluation used by (Xactimate) which are based on industry standard prices. On top of that they even worked with me by providing half down payment of my deductible charge and the other half on a payment plan without interest charges. Thanks alot Mr *** for all your professionalism,for your patience of even having to wait many weeks for the insurance recoverable / supplemental check to arrive and then having to send check back to my mortgage to be endorsed by them. It sure is a long process which I now understand over head and profit should always be paid at no doubt to experience General Contractors.
