Response to customer complaint Texas Professional Painting Prides themselves on their quality workmanship, we have different crews of great painters who are in and out of hundreds of homes every year, I assure you painters did a great job here and that is why payment was made in full, we do not give discounts for great work, which is what the homeowner wantedFather in Law agreed that all work was completed successfully, he was reasonable and easy to talk to. All problems were resolved, full amount for work was paid by customer's husband to owner of Texas Professional PaintingA year warranty was given as per customers request, even though customer does not want us back a her home? We stand behind our work, payment was made because work was completed successfullyNo threats were ever made and no foul language was ever usedWe hope you will check out our testimonial page at Texasprofessionalpainting.com to here what satisfied customers have to say about us! Hello, I filed a complaint yesterday against Texas Professional Painters, number *** I wanted to let you know that the issue has been resolved, however I would like to leave the complaint open as information for other potential future customers. We were prepared to let him
file a lien against us so we could argue in court, but we ended up paying the owner in full for the work after he tried to provoke my husband into a fight and then threatened to "make us pay" (hint at physical violence) if we didn't. We called the police and filed a police report because of the threat, and met the owner at the police station so we could pay him in cash so he would leave us alone ***

"A refund was offered to the customer in the amount of $1,175.00 which [redacted] refunded to the customer on behalf of Texas Professional Painting. Texas Professional Painting did everything possible to ensure that the epoxy was being applied correctly in order to make sure that the issues...

were not coming from the workmanship provided. The small area that peeled could have been from a variety of outside factors that could not be controlled by Texas Professional Painting or [redacted], such as debris brought in with tires, heavy objects falling, or insufficient curing time before allowing heavy traffic onto the area. After evaluating the amount of labor and material that was used to perform this job and correct the small area that had issues, Texas Professional Painting offered half of the desired refund amount as a fair settlement with the customer and [redacted] offered to cover that amount for Texas Professional Painting."     Thank you, [redacted]

On March 20,2017 we paid Texas Professional Painting $2350 to apply epoxy coating to a four car garage. The contract stated a five year warranty on the material and labor. The epoxy started peeling April 4,2017, it was repaired, peeled again on April 12,2017, it was repaired again, peeled again on May 12,2017, repaired again, peeled again on August 8,2017. On September 21,2017 I sent a letter to Texas Professional Painting and the epoxy supplier asking for a refund of $2350. On September 28,2017 at 10:20am Texas Professional Painting called me and offered a refund of $1175, I called Texas Professional Painting back at 2:30pm left message on voice mail accepting the refund offer. On September 29,2017 11:20am the epoxy supplier called me
and offered to refund the other half of $2350 ($1175). On October 6,2017 the epoxy supplier gave me a check for $1175. On October 10,2017 at 2:15pm Texas Professional Painting said they considered the matter closed and they will not refund the other $1175.
