I called this service because I'm a new landlord and needed a tenant mailbox lock ***edI explained that it was a USPS run community mailbox in the subdivisionThe lady on the phone who scheduled my service assured me that they had done this before and that the technician knew what to doHe got out there and said he couldn't change the lock because it was a USPS mailbox,, and then the company still charged me $for the tripIt seemed to me like the lady likely knew he couldn't do it, but schedule the service trip because she knew I'd still have to pay the $
