I ordered invitations on March 2nd. It is now April 18th and I still don't have my invitations. I have been trying to get a resolution since April 11th. Michelle is the name of the representative who is in charge. When I was finally able to speak to her on April 14th, in her words she said she would make it right and we would meet on Friday so I could pick up my invitations from her. On Friday, April 15th she didn't call, she didn't pick her phone. I called her today April 18th and she said we would meet today after 4pm. It is now 6:46pm she has not called, and when I tried to call of course she doesn't pick up. I am very disappointed that I don't have my invitations, as this is suppose to be an exciting time for most of us. I hope people read reviews before buying anything from Texas Recognition. I don't know who owns Texas Recognition, but they need to replace Michelle with someone who "can" actually make things right for their customers.
