I had THE WORST restaurant experience of my lifeI've dined at this restaurant many of times and had great service and foodTonight I left the restaurant in tears and with an empty stomach after arguing with the manager, Brad, who refused to grant a simple requestMy boyfriend and I went to enjoy a nice dinner in celebration of my promotionNow, I expect the restaurant to be busy on a Saturday night but the two tables near us were exceptionally obnoxious and rowdy to the point where I could not carry on any sort of conversation much less hear myself thinkWe tried to find our waiter to just get our food to go but we were unable to locate himA waitress brought us our salads because our waiter must have been too busy with other guestsA few minutes later, our actual waiter brought our salads out only to find someone else already brought them to usAnother waitress brought our entres out so it was too late to take our food to goOnce our waiter stopped by to ask us how our food was, I asked him if he could ask management to talk to the group and politely ask them to tone it down a little as they were upsetting other guestsMy waiter aknowledged that they were excessively loud as he could hardly hear us the entire experienceBrad stopped by our table and said that he would not talk to the other guests and instead offered to move usAt this point, we already had our food and didn't want to move and honestly, I don't think that I should have to move my dinner somewhere else in the restaurant because management refuses to treat all guests equallyWe are all paying customers and deserve an equally enjoyable experienceWhile Brad was talking to us, the group of guests observed us talking and they starred at usAfter Brad left, they group became more loud and obnoxious and began taunting us because they saw me complainingI left the table in search of Brad where I found him at the front desk workingI asked him if I could speak to him and he agreedWe spoke in the empty waiting area where I tried to explain to him my frustration of the experience where he continually cut me off and spoke over me, arguing that they had every right to be as loud as they wanted even if it was to the point of disrupting other guests' experiencesYes, Brad offered to move us to another area but that was not a sufficient optionMy food was getting cold and I was beyond frustrated and upsetI was not causing any sort of problem or disrupting anyone else's dinnerI was completely disrespected by Brad, who in my opinion, has terrible customer service and communication skillsAll he saw was moneyHe was going to make more money off of the group of 10-guests than the group of guestsAgain, I understand that this restaurant is louder than mostI also understand that in a place of business, all customers should be treated with respect and in a fair mannerI refused to pay for my steak that I did not get the chance to eat amiss this fiasco but offered to pay for everything else we orderedBrad compensated our meals and my boyfriend and I left feeling embarrassed, humiliated, and irateThanks for ruining my celebratory dinner, Brad
