poor management skills poor customer service.. the way we were treated Double refund and replacement meal. for this horrible service.Arrive to Texas Roadhouse @ 9:55 pm. when entered the restaurant ask the lady was it to late to be seated. She stated No!! So we notice the employees were cleaning up. 1st problem: We were seated were they had two piles of trash near the table we were seated at. 2nd problem they brought me water with black specks of fragments in the ice.3rd problem they didn't have what we wanted to eat. that was on the menu. ask waiter if we ordered something else could we get a discount. He didn't know he stated have to go see. Then we ask could we speak to your manger. He came back to say she was in the office doing paper work. And that she would give 20% off ticket. Then she decided to come to the table, to say the item on the menu we wanted to order would take hour to Roast. we stated no problem. preceded to order. ask the waitress could we substitute the combo he stated yes.. So my order 1st order would have been 1/2 roasted chicken rib combo with Caesar salad that had no Caesar dressing .but I substitute for salmon rib combo. my partner order was the same for the 1st order. substitute shrimp with a 1/2 slab of ribs with chili we were served cold rolls, Black burnt ribs that they put more sauce over and put back in the oven. cold chili that they scrap the bottom of the pot to make a bowel that was half full with no onion or cheese that comes on top and. so we ask for the manger to come back out so she could see the burnt ribs cold chili. We stated to her the ribs should have never came out looking like that. she agreed. so she took the plates back came out 30min later with fresh ribs they reheated the chili and put fresh onion and cheese. she waited to see if the ribs were ok. My order of ribs were ok. my partner order 1/2 rack and got sidekick. the manger sated then I can go back and have them to fix 4 more BONES..I was shocked by the language she this time my partner was various. told the manger never mind cancel her order. simply because the manger were not available when ask in the beginning of our service. the food was taken back two to many times. our time was treated like it was not valuable. Was charge for two entries on my ticket. Grilled salmon sidekick of ribs. but was told I could have it has a combo. We had the horrible service the entire night. Time was wasted to end up paying for service that was horrible. I paid with no problem simply because I new I was going to write a complaint. unsatisfied customer to the MAX!! Desired Settlementrefund free meal x double Horrible, Horrible HORRIBLE!!!service
