Good afternoon, Let me first start by saying [redacted] is a former student of ours. Since leaving our program, she has gone on to be one of our competitors and the majority of her communication to you is an effort to discredit my company. Our response to her complaints are as...

follows:1. Routine cleaning - cleaning of our classroom and lab areas are completed multiple times a day. Venipuncture tables are cleaned by our students following the end of each class period and again by our instructors. Instructors sweep and vacuum the floors on a daily basis. Tile floors are mopped every other day.2. Venipuncture tables - Venipuncture tables are a wood material with a plastic covering. Students utilize dental bibs during their procedures which are placed on the tables to protect the table and absorb any spills or other contamination. Dental bibs are a paper material with an absorbent backing. (The same material is used by [redacted] in her business.) Following each procedure, the bib is changed prior to the next student. 3. Restroom - Our restrooms are and have been fully functioning for the full time that we have occupied the leased space. Students have not been required to go to any other company to use the restroom. 4. Our lab portions are supervised by our instructors, all of whom have at least the state required five years of minimum experience. It is our company policy that if the instructor leaves the room, students are instructed to not perform a venipuncture.5. Transcripts requests for [redacted] only have been sent on [redacted]'s business fax cover sheet. The requests have been acknowledged and responded to via fax as requested using the number on the cover sheet as requested. I am attaching documents showing attempts to fax to the number have failed. We have only received two requests and both have been responded to. [redacted], her husband and company have been sent a letter from our attorney demanding a cease and desist (attached.) This demand was ignored completely and still is being ignored. Any communication by [redacted] or anyone else representing her company should be sent to our attorney as referenced in the attachment. If you have any questions or any further communication is necessary regarding this complaint, please feel free to contact me at [redacted] Thank you, [redacted]CEO / Director of EducationTexas School of Phlebotomy###-###-#### Office [redacted]
