As the owner of Texas security & Surveillance I strive to make sure all of our customers are happyThe error that took place in billing was a human errorThe check was misplaced and never cashed or deposited into any acctThe customer has put a stop payment on the transaction and cut us a new
check for the billingI contacted the customer myself to reassure her that this type of thing could happen, however; we have take steps to minimize the chances in the futureI believe that the complaint has been handled to the customers satisfaction
