Ms *** purchased a puppy from our breeding facility that had not yet been born by a specific pair Alba and Bourbon Ms *** gave us a deposit of $dollars to hold the puppy for her and she would pay the balance when the puppy was delivered Unfortunately as does happen sometime
with animals, Alba miscarried and did not have puppies I assured the customer that Alba would come back into heat and be rebred, but she was not happy.Around January 2017, Ms *** started becoming very unhappy, raved cursed and threatened me with everything you can possibly imagine She was harassing me and I had to block her phone number It states very clearly on our websites in multiple locations that all deposits are non-refundable As everyone in the dog world knows, that dogs can have puppies once or twice a year Alba did not come back into heat Sometimes things don't quite workout as planned and can sometimes be a little delayed She became more and more demanding and agitated insisting on getting her rebred, and she in now very pregnant and expecting puppies in June Alba will have puppies in three weeks and I will be happy to give her a puppy from that litter However, she needs to apologize for the terrible verbal abuse that I had undergone.Sincerely,*** ***Texas Select German Shepherds
