Texas Siding & Remodeling Reviews (2)

Dear Mr***, Firstly, we appreciate your prompt response to our complaint ID ***. We further appreciate your contact with the management at Master Carwash at Chevron, in Tracy, in an attempt to arrive at a resolution of this casePer our phone conversation, the following is a
clarification of the issue: We have been clients of this establishment for over years. Especially during the summer months, we always buy two monthly packages, for both of our cars, and have the cars serviced on a weekly basisIn May of this year, the new management decided to move the detailing area of the carwash to a curbside parking area, in front of the lube station, which has no shade protectionIn late May, when temperatures had reached beyond degrees, we noticed the conditions to be severe for the employees: there was no shade, and the employees were drenched in sweat, very red, and trying to keep cool using damp cloths on their heads and necksOn May 20, we brought this condition to the attention of the manager, Mr*** ** ***, who quickly brushed us off when we suggested these conditions were not fit for the employees. Our conversation was done away from the employees and other patrons, yet Mr*** was very curt with usHowever, in all fairness, it must be stated that the next time we took our cars there, May 27, notices were posted, dated May 22, regarding Chevron’s Heat Illness Prevention, and the detailing station had been moved back to its original location, where some shades had been placed, partially covering the detailing area and the employeesA week later, June 3, while we were in line for service, Mr*** had one of the Lube Station’s supervisors inform us that we were not welcome there, “because we were giving the employees ideas, and causing tension”It is important to note that we didn’t act on behalf of any employee, nor did we hold conversations with the employees, and, thus, didn’t provoke any employment tension between management and employeesOur outreach was simply and purely out of concern for the wellbeing of the employees, given the high temperatures we were experiencing and the sun exposure to which they were subjugated. Although we were being refused service that very day, given the fact that we were already in line, and our cars had begun being serviced, we did get our cars washed and detailed that dayHowever, we had a monthly plan that was purchased at the end of May, and expired on June 22. It is obviously the prerogative of any business to refuse service to their clients, and Mr*** may want to do so towards usHowever, we demand a refund for the unused plan we purchased, and, of which, have not been able to useMr***, after your conversation with Mr***, we understand that he is willing to refund us our purchased and mostly unused package of $We want to affirm that we will gladly receive this due refund, and we’ll do so free of any condition proposed by the management retraining our complaint from being published by your worthy organization. The very fact that Mr*** is requesting this complaint not to be published is a statement, in itself, that he realizes and sees a mismanaged situationOur outreach to the Revdex.com is summed up in that we have purchased a product for which we are being refused its use. At the root of this refusal is a customer’s alert, when we simply hoped for the improved working conditions of his employees. Additionally, we are the ones at a greater loss, since we now have to take our cars elsewhere, and have to part ways with his employees, whom we have known for a long timeAgain, Mr***, we sincerely appreciate your assistance with this complaint and requestBest regards

We appreciate your business, since you're a loyal customer we would like you to come back and we will take every steps possible to make sure you will be satisfied with our company. Thanks,GM
