Mr [redacted] has made the claim that we are refusing to deliver his product to himHowever, he is currently forbidden by federal law from possessing the item in questionWe have submitted a form to the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco Firearms and Explosives on his behalf requesting that the ATF approve the transfer of ownership of the item in question from us to himThe ATF has not yet approved this transfer, therefore it remains a violation of State and Federal law for us to deliver the item to himThe item he purchased has been manufactured and is in our warehouse awaiting approval from the Federal Government for Mr [redacted] to be able to legally take possessionAs soon they authorize the transfer, we will be happy to deliver it to him The ATF NFA branch may be reached at (***) ***- [redacted] to verify this statement [redacted] President
