similar to the previous reviews, I got zapped into the additional $charge on top of the $that they were initially going to chargeI called and authorized the shipping charge end of business on July 6th and then when I called her on July 13th (which mind you is days), the lady in customer service tells me that days is including July 6thso my day ends on July 12th, which is foolishAnyone with any sense of business would know the clock starts ticking AFTER the purchase Then she goes on with a whole bunch of mumbo jumbo about how beneficial it is for me to be a memberReally? did she really think that after such a bad experience I would WANT TO BE a part of this organizationBE VERY VERY CAREFUL while using this serviceIts online robbery, as far as I am concerned

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!My experience with this company was not good in trying to cancell membership I was ok with the $that they charge for shipping to get then information There was a day trial included On the 7th day I called numerous times and left messages as the recording instructed with the contact and reason for calling message their message states that they will get back with you as soon as they can I was like, ok I called at 1:pm they should get back with me sometime today I waited until 11pm that night, keeping in mind that their hours are 1pm-11pm eastern time when I am in the central time zone I received no call that day I called the following day to make sure that my message was received and the subscription cancelled after calling several times (x6) I spoke to someone they said that I was cancelled and would only be charged the $but when checking my bank statement I was charged as well The rep stated that I was a day late in cancelling To make a long story short We got into an argument about the cancelling date I informed her of the date and times that I had called and the number of messages that were left (4) She states that she ony got one In the end she got tired of me telling here that I would get with my bank and the Revdex.com I then received emails stating that a refund for the $and $would be refunded withing 3-business days You can get the same savings they are trying to get you on the internet by searching They just want to charge a montly fee for it I hope you stear clear of this company

I then received 2 emails stating that a refund for the $4.95 and $32.90 would be refunded withing 3-5 business days. Really? did she really think that after such a bad experience I would WANT TO BE a part of this organization. BE VERY VERY CAREFUL while using this service. Its online robbery, as far as I am concerned.
