I have filed with small claims court for further discrepancies found after filing with business owner. Asked for cedar, told too expensive and he would use Brazilian. Two other contractors advised it is pine.  Charged for 116 linear feet -actually measured to 105 ' 9". Completion promised at 1.5 days and not completed a month later. Stained color far different than asked. Then when finally received estimate/receipt, this business never planned to do work contracted to do.
