Never received item that was paid for. Have been trying to resolve since December of 2019. Still waiting for patch that we paid for.
Patch was ordered on and paid for on 1/5/19. As of today's date it has still not been received. While I have been texting since December 18th with their customer service. I've been told the factories were closed due to the holidays. It's now February 22. And I'm still being told another patch was reordered and expedited on February 12th. Still no patch I have even been offered a refund and the patch as ordered. But I'm still getting the run around as to when it will arrive.

We have had an issue providing the customer the correct letter jacket patch; however, I will dispute the claim that she paid for the patch in January 2019. Perhaps that was the date that the letter jacket itself was ordered but the patch was not ordered at that time. Her order for the patch (referred to in the complaint) was placed on 10/28/19. It has definitely taken too long to receive her order but there were extenuating circumstances and we have made the customer aware of those throughout the process. Normally patches take 4-6 weeks to arrive in our warehouse. We received the original patch with an error. It was immediately re-ordered and arrived from the plant a 2nd time with a different error. We have ordered the patch for the 3rd time.

Unfortunately, we do not own the plant that produces our patches. Because of that, we are limited in the control we have over the production process. This production facility provides products for Jostens across the United States so we are just one of hundreds of representatives they serve. We have offered to provide a full refund to this customer and still provide the patch to her. We have tried to keep the customer informed about the situation but because we cannot provide an exact date she will receive the patch, she is unhappy. She refused the full refund we offered even though we explained she would still receive the patch once it arrived correctly. I am not sure what else we can do under the circumstances.

We dispute her claim that she paid for the patch in January 2019. We have provided a copy of the order showing an order date of 10/28/19 and also proof of our payment processed on 11/4/19.

Throughout this process, we have tried to explain our situation but beyond providing a full refund and still providing the correct patch, we are not sure what else she would like us to do.
