Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: WHAT SHE SAYS IS NOT TRUE, I AM A DISABLED VET....I had a leaky roof, I called my condo manager, she said the roof was done recently, about two years ago, I told her it leaked in my bedroom, she said she would contact the roofing company and get it fixed, now she told me she used Texas Star Roofing and the bro of the owner of Texas star roofing, he came said it wasn't his job, so my manager called Texas Star Roofing they sent two workers over who said they repaired the roof, so I had a company come and dry out my bedroom roof and spray for mold, cost me due to home owners insurance deductible, next big rain it leaked again, so I wasted dollars, I called my manager she gave me The roofing people number and I called talked to ***, they said will fix the roof again, two workers came again, I assume it was fixed, next big rain it leaked again, to me this is very un-professional, to have to have the roof fixed times, I never was rude I kept calling asking if they could plz stop the leak and take care of the inside too because it has leaked twice after they repaired it, even now i'm not sure if the leak is fixed, when I talked to the owner she had an attitude with me which she again shows in her response instead of trying to work this problem out with me, her people did a very poor job, and i'm not letting her stonewall me, I even offered to split the differences with them give me half my deductible and I get the inside done myself Regards, I have the call in report , and you truly did state, that you are a re-tired attorney, and you will take me to court and sue me! I am rejecting this response because: See this is my problem, she is impossible to deal with, she has that I'm holier then thou attitude, I been going back and forth with her for two months, how dare I file a complaint about her company, lol, but the point is my roof leaked, I live in a condo, my HOA is responsible for the exterior, she called them to fix the roof, they came said they fixed it, I assumed it was fixed, I had interior damage , that I fixed, I thought the roof was fixed, next big rain it leaked again same place, they came fixed it again, it leaked again a third time they came fixed it again, i'm still not sure it is fixed till another big rain. I have tried to reason with the owner of this company, in her responses she seems very mad, even mad at the Revdex.com, and showing a very negative attitude, I have tried to resolve this with her, but she seems to think she is above everybody, I guess my next step is small claims court, and I ask this complaint to remain here so other customers can be aware of what I had to deal with.

EXAMPLE: I installed a shower pan and the homeowner claimed the water was slightly ponding on the right side. I made an appointment to view the claimed damage, I inspected the area and she was correct. The floor was not floated correctly and there was water ponding on the right like she stated. I could have repaired the area, but instead, I had my crew remove the entire shower floor tile, shower pan, and re-installed. Again, I could have had them repair the area, instead, I replaced the entire area. If a customer paid for a service I want them to get what they paid for. I do not want them having any issues over the years!She gave me the opportunity to view the claimed damage, and didn't remove anything without giving me the opportunity to assess the damage.I am not claiming to be the perfect company, and yes, we do have to go back several times if needed depending on the area, but if I cause damage I will repair it.Your initial damage was caused by the company that installed your roof, not me. 1. Your roof leaked and the interior was damaged.2. Our company was called out to repair the roof.3. You claim you had a company come out to remove the insulation and sheet-rock.4. Your roof leaked again after we repaired it. HOW AM I RESPONSIBLE TO INSTALL NEW INSULATION, SHEETROCK, TAPE FLOAT AND TEXTURE IF YOU NEVER HAD IT DONE!! YOU HAD THE SHEETROCK REMOVED! NOT REPLACED! I am not taking responsibility for something that was not originally caused by my company! This is for the Revdex.com: What is your part, besides sending the complaints to me and my response to the person complaining? You are just another company like me, but have people believing that you are somehow affiliated with the government! You charge MY COMPANY almost 500.00 annually to do what!? Maybe my next business will a company like yours, where all I do is send emails back and forth and accomplish nothing! Your company is truly a scam!! YOU ARE A COMPANY AND IN NO WAY AFFILIATED WITH ANY GOVERNMENT OR STATE!! It saddens me that you have consumers believing that you will come up with a resolution or sprinkle fairy dust and they will have their issue resolved! DO I NEED TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE Revdex.com? OH WAIT, that would be a you! You can sprinkle all the fairy dust on this complaint and think I will cave in, but I am not responsible for the damage! I am confident that all you will do is forward this without reading it!
